Infact everyone is different, the quantity and frequency of eating food is different for everyone. Depending on the body structure and goal the diet varies. Fat+Protein is mandatory for our body. Fat is very essential, without fat consumption our body will not abosorb any of the fat soluble vitamins(A D E K). Fat is important for hormonal balance in our body. And Protein is the building blocks of body, without protein body will not sustain for long, everyday whether we do physical work or not. Body needs proteins for cell repair and DNA maintanence. DNA maintanence is very important else cells are prone to be cancerous. Body can survive without Carb as it is just for energy provider and it acts as a fuel. However compared to carb if we intake fat is considered as the finest and optimum fuel for humans. There is lot of misinformation , myth and pseudoscience on villianisng FAT and PROTEIN. Kidney will not be affected by protein intake unless ur protein is adulterated. Blindly we cannot say protein affects kidney. When protein is denatured by frying with refined vegetable oil will affect the whole system, same goes with fat. Diet is the most misleading topic and it requires years of experience and study on how body responds to it.

It is just common sense to understand why any packaged food stay long while natural food decomposes very quickly. It is preservatives of all kinds, conveniently labelled as approved Colours, stabiliser’s etc., The concept of home made food and just prepared food is the only healthy option. Don’t fall for the profit hungry processed foods.

Going for Muscle blaze is not so good and I’m sure bro you won’t took MB jus for advertising you doing in RU-vid and Instagram there are other more good supplement which has good rating in markets.. MB is a Indian based market which has less protein value and hard to find result. .. We can find good supplement in Nutrabay and healthkart..
