This song is hysterical! I love how Rammstein can create songs which touch on a variety of emotions. 'Zeit' broke my heart, 'Angst' freaked me out ( in a good way) and now 'Dicke Titten' has me bursting with laughter. These guys are incredible and long may they be making music because no one comes even close to them. Good reaction, by the way!

I think this song is about finding happiness. He's looking for a wife with dicke titten, and they are all around him, but still he keeps searching for it because he is blind. He also does not see all the beautiful things around him like nature etc. So maybe it means that happiness is often really close, but people are often blind and you just need to realize what happiness is for you. It might be closer than you think, and maybe something else then what you think it is.
I worked out that the three dancing and playing alpine horns are Paul, Oliver and Christoph (Doom). It was difficult to tell at first as photos on their individual Wikipedia pages showed them a decade ago. Christian (Flake) is the one playing the accordion and helping to wind wool.

Rammstein has become wealthy over the years thanks to its great success. The band members no longer have any financial worries. Now they can do what they enjoy. this includes funny videos, thoughtful videos, provocative topics and images... it's a shame other wealthy celebrities don't contribute ideas and impetus to society in a similar way.
You can expect a lot from Rammstein - just no political correctness. At a time when you have to think twice about every sentence before saying it, that's wonderfully nonconformist and refreshing.
The bit about Till stepping on the Edelweiss flowers is (I think) a direct reference to the song "Rosenrot". The lyrics to that song are all about a man who climbs a mountain to retrieve a flower for this beautiful girl and he then falls to his death.

Yesterday I was in Zurich at the Rammstein concert. You don't just have to hear Rammstein, you have to experience the massive pyro show. Only when you feel every firecracker in your stomach and the heat of the flames in your face do you know how Rammstein feels. It was the best concert I've seen in my life. It will probably also have been the last time; the new songs indicate a farewell. My wife and I had tears in our eyes at the end... because we will probably never see Rammstein live again.
Rammstein is one of the few bands, that can laugh about themselves - I like that. Nevertheless it's easy to take them 100% serious. It's astonishing how they can provocate, what is their main DNA, even in a funny video. Good job Rammstein.
I had some family here and ultimately a woman got me here. Even though that didn't work out but im still here. Germany can be great, def. worth visiting.
The Rammstein videos seem to be very sophisticated. I wonder how much time they need to invest to make a 5 minute video. My guess is several days of shooting and preparation.
Between the song, Rammstein and Joern Heitmann, they've come up with some self-indulgent fun that's a cross between the British Carry On films and Heidi with a darker hint of Richard doing a Buffalo Bill. Crazy, funny, packed full of innuendo and I love it.
There was a children series in Germany a long time ago called „Heidi“. It was about a little girl living in the mountains (the alps). She was living the perfect and pure life of the countryside. She had a friend named Peter and lived with her grandfather. He was an old and wise man with a long, white beard always smoking a pipe. Till seems to be kind of a rammsteinish version of him. To me the video is clearly referencing to this series. Hearing Till sing „Dicke Titten“ makes me laugh hard every time. I‘m a simple human being lol

I‘m from Germany. the song is meant to be ironic. the text has no particular depth. Rammstein wanted a song where the whole stadium sings "big tits" at concerts.
Loved the reaction video! Just wanted to leave a quick note too that "mit langen Schritten" is directly translated in the closed captions as "with long strides", but that's literal -- you want to read that better as "with long legs" like "legs for miles". Great vid again! Love the new album!
In my opinion this just a fun song. No need to search for a deeper meaning in this. They have enough stuff that is rough and depressing. Why not take a break and make some Fun and lighten the mood? Anyway, as a 45 Year old German i can absolute relate to your Dating issues.

Well... 55 years old here, 3 years old grandfather and I look like a kid with a new toy with this video :-) so your 30s is a piece of cake ahah. One more thing, for Rammstein fans like me. Curiosity of this video: 0.42 and 4.55 looks like Anna von Rüden, actress and huge fan of the band for many years (see the 2012 video Mein Herz Brennt - Official Video - at minute 2.13 and 3.23) and the two kids in Dicke Titten in minute 2.23 and Flake in minute 2.52 is very similar to Till and Flake's reaction in Ich Tu Dir Weh (Live from Madison Square Garden) minute 3.38. Good to see you have recovered from your last Rammstein reaction. (Wiener Blut). Sometimes it taken a few days to channel the blazing anger this song triggers in someone in the right direction. By the energy this song has. Dicke Titten is great. Admitting first time I heard the lyrics I was laughing and a little taken a back at the same time. Then I listened to it a few times and now it's just a great banger. And the video ads another layer of irony. And it fits the storyline of the album. Time and aging.
First time here and I think I can offer some fun insight to this video. Also a 40 year old American Heathen living in Bavaria. Do places like this exist still? Yeah, but they ain't gunna be wearing Lederhosen and Derndls every day . Their usually reserved for Sunday best clothing. Bavarian farmers are extremely hard working, but I swear they spend more time talking to friends and neighbors about prices of tractors and weird shit like that every chance they get 🤣 it really is that beautiful here too! Truly Odin's lands and I've never felt more at home ❤️ now, here's one thing I found strange about the video and any German speakers would probably agree; they should have used Pugs instead of Dachshunds. Yes dachshunds are a German breed , but the German word for pug is "Mops/Möpse (pl)" which is also slang for boobs.

It was intended as a comical song. A band member dressing himself up as a possible candidate. I laughed. The cow in the beginning with large "tits". It sets the stage for this song. All was so South German even a big big Austrian feel of the song. Like some backwards people with no demands. I assure you that is not the case in reality. Kind people and proud. Understand the language as no other. Many look at their clips without realizing what they are singing about. It is a comical salute to age. You have also noticed that.
