Yep and Engel is a good one. Tills deep vocals with that childs voice in the air is pure metal, disturbing and yet it works briliantly. Best rock band on the planet right now IMHO

Everyone with not native german background nees to know, that the way Rammstein writes texts the language is very beautiful. They have poem like rhymes and use very elegant words. The english translation is very simple and doesn't show the beauty of the way they write lyrics.
@Potwheelz Because its a masterpiece. And their latest music. Its very layered and expertly filmed. The outro is better then most songs out there. The images are... stunning. The story is... amazing. Its about their hate/love relation with their motherland: Deutschland: all the good, all the bad.
Just an awesomely epic band, fantastic riffs, songs and a ridiculously brilliant live band....these superlatives are unquestionable. Thanks for a cool reaction.
One of the best live performances I have ever gotten to see. These guys always bring the heat to any show they put on...Heh...get it? For real though, the pyrotechnics they display are incredible to witness, and there are plenty of other great examples to check out.
That MSG show is incredible. The band hadn't played in the US for nine years at that point so booking a show that big was seen as a huge risk, and apparently they couldn't get any promoter to set it up. So the band actually paid for the venue and promotion themselves. They put the tickets on sale and sold the place out in 20 minutes.
Saw em in Atlanta a few years ago. We were close-ish to the front but not super close. My buddy still got heat exhaustion and had to get medical attention. So much pyro. Best show ever.
Love your reaktion man! Rammstein are the best liveact you can see. And the love is everywhere, their audience have a great camaradery! People in all ages, from all countryns. I saw them in Stockholm and it was so much love. They are like a dark fairy tale and you became s great part of it when you attend a Rammstein show. For me: best band ever.
Get excited every time I see Rammstein reactions appear in my subscription feed. Would love to see a few in one day like I see sometimes with other bands. My requests for Rammstein songs would be 'Deutschland', 'Sonne' and 'Keine lust'.
There are some performances of Engel where Till Lindemann (the lead singer) is like flying while singing this song. These wings weight about 50 kilos, something like that. Great band and your reaction too!
Till Lindenmann lead singer ...is a licensed .... certified...schooled......very experienced as pyrotechnician They are just not goofin around....alot of venues in the USA would not let them perform for years because of the sophisticated Pyro they do...much more involved then lets say ....KISS ...this is what I have read about this area. just what i have read is all ...
To everyone who hasn't been to one of their live concert, make a plan to go! It's the single best show I've ever experienced from probably 100 concerts/festivals I've seen in my LIFE! Even if metal ain't your cup of tea it will leave you breathless!
They filled stadions/arenas In New York in Moscow or Berlin - your have to be a recognized band to do this. Rammstein = not exactly my music, but this band is known.
The wings should be around 50 kg (110 lb), it's pretty impressive that he can sing while having that metal structure on his back. But hey it's Till, he is built like a brick shithouse :) I think you might like "Ich tu dir weh" - the live version from the same concert.
Seeing them live is what it's all about. The heat from those flames is huge, the blasts are really loud, everything is amazing. They put on a hell of a show. BTW, try Rammstein - Sonne (Live at Rock im Park 2017).
Still love the idea that some dude accused Till (the singer) of assault like a year back, and the news tried to make something of it by interviewing one of his ex-girlfriends... and the chick was all: "Nah, he's a great dude. If that dude got hit, he's the one that deserved it."
Tim Lindemann is also a poet writer having publishe two books. His father used to be a well known children book author back in the gdr. The whole "gang" is very, very down to earth, very friendly guys - never lost touch with real life.
Been a fan of Rammstien since the days of David Lynch/Lost Highway. Seen them live a couple times since then and still to this day the best live performances I've ever seen. But those days are long gone.
Rammstein put on one of the best live shows I've ever seen, and this was a long time ago. They've significantly upgraded their stage production since then, and that's saying something.
noticed it in the last video too but pronounce them like Ramm Schtyne, it means hammer of the gods I think. The Lead singer is a Blacksmith by trade, at least that's what his profession was in Eastern Germany prior to the wall coming down. He is known for producing all of his own pyrotechnics and most of his props including I believe the wings he used in this song. The entire band is certified to work with fire, in the previous reaction you commented on the fireworks from the stage, and actually the fire from the stage are 3 small mortar rounds, which shoot to 3 turrets over the crowd which then return fire toward the stage. I watch a lot of interview videos and these topics have been explained on a few interview vids with the lead singer.
One awesome fact; Till Lindemann, the vocalist, is also a pyrotechnician...the wing rig, and all the fire and explosives, were designed and rigged by him!
They played at Madison Square Garden December 2010. I should know. I was there and my friend and I saw a video camera. I even waited for them to show up the hotel.
Rammstein has a spectacular stage show. Unfortunately only 50% of it in America. too many restrictions. Watch the live performance in Paris, France with " Du hast mich". insane 🇩🇪🇩🇪🇩🇪🇩🇪🇩🇪🇩🇪🇩🇪🇩🇪🇩🇪🇩🇪🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘
Hi Jamal from sina drum cover by the way she is awesome at covers and original content,sina-drums sina-drums 1 year ago Ok, there have been some requests to give a hint what this song is all about. So this is only a summary: It’s basically like a dark Nursery Rhyme and the lyrics are slightly nonsense. The dark guy says stuff like ‘When you were a good person on Earth, you will become an Angel after Death’ (Check out the original Rammstein Performance at New York Madison Square Garden, pretty impressive!) Then the Angel (Milena) says ‘Only when the clouds have gone to sleep you can see us in the sky. We are afraid and we are alone’ Then he says ‘God knows I do not want to be an Angel’. In the next verse he says ‘They live beyond the sunshine and they have to cling to the stars in order not to crash down’.... ‘God knows I do not want to be an Angel’. That was basically it…
Rammstein Live at MSG was the first time I got to finally see Rammstein LIVE.. Had to get the Blu-ray dvd but they used footage from MSG and another show.. can always tell MSG by the roof..
Rammstein is such a great live act. Easily one of the best I've seen live, probably together with the norwegian death punk band Turbonegro. You should check them out as well, really fun group.
There is another Rammstein live performance of Engel where Till the singer is actually hoisted upward to resemble flight. It's just as awesome as this performance. Rock on Jamal!
This was definitely a hell of a stage show, but I'm still partial to the mix of the album version, myself. Also, if you enjoy _Rammstein_ , shortlist some _E Nomine_ . 'Mitternacht', 'Das Tier in Mir', 'Vater Unser', etc. are a few of their more epic tracks.
