I don't think his production is bad but it didn't achieve the success the band wanted. Rocket to Russia, IMO, is the best Ramones album.

@@hirampriggott1689 Yeah, he always enhanced and improved everything he touched, from the Beatles to the Ramones, his production made the music more interesting even if it was already good by itself

Doesn't that drive you NUTS? I never understood why they all hated this version so much. It's my absolute favorite
