This is correct. Most MPX made in 2022 and up come with the Timney trigger from the factory (except for the 8” which they still make but for off duty LEO). Also, the 8” mlok hand guard and barrel are available too on the sig website for those who upgrade their K.
I had similar issues with the stock timney. I adjusted the pull and reset slighlty and it solved it. It comes adjusted with 1mm pull and reset. I backed it up to 1.5mm or 2mm. Its flawless and reliavle now
@lovesosa4926 there is a small screw in the middle of the trigger, that adjusts the length the trigger can pull. If I remember correctly you back it out some so it pulls a small amount farther than necessary. It comes adjusted to small of a length of pull and sometimes won't reset from factory.
Almost all of these right now are re-releases from my old channel that RU-vid deleted. I have made so much content in the past I have videos set to be released every single day until mid August at this point and I still don't have everything made or uploaded
I have the exact same gun with over 5,000 rounds in it. Not a single malfunction, ever. The Timney trigger is one of the things I like the most. What kind of ammo are you running for this video? Just curious.
Have one and love it. Got it at sig. Had a problem with light tapping my rounds and brought it to them and they took it apart and found carbon buildup in my bolt stopping the firing pin from going out enough. They replaced it free of charge because he could not clean it. I'm gland I live 8 miles from sig.
Howdy. Picked mine up today; there's small but noticeable slop between upper and lower receiver. Lightly shaking the gun the receivers loudly clack off each other. Is this true for your gun as well? Thanks
My mpx pcc is awesome. My mpx K is a turd. Trigger locks up like you had and it came from the factory Timney. Timney says to lube it.. accuracy is beyond dismal. My shockwave groups better.I’d swap barrels to test them, but that’d be a felony probably.
Yes, it's nice but in my opinion, it's not worth it. Ballistics capability would be no different than that of a handgun given the 4.5 in barrel. So it's practically an expensive handgun. And seeing that it has AR controls, why not build a 9mm AR using a standard AR lower? You can put great quality accessories on it and it would still be cheaper than that $2000 Sig.
It actually surprised me a little bit. I thought because of the weight it would have more recoil. But the rotating bolt design really does a great job in mitigating it
Is It Legal To Buy A PCC Or Something In That Same Category With A Folding Brace? I Need Something That Can Take Glock Mags With A 4.5-5 Inch Barrel That Can Have A Foregrip & Flashlight Attached Preferably Something Ambidextrous...Any Recommendations??
@@thetexasgunvault So If I Bought MPX K And Attached A Folding Brace And Front Grip What Would Happen? I'm Looking To Purchase My First Firearm And I Want A PCC But I Need A Brace And Grip Because I Have A Bad Hand From A Severe Accident A While Back...
@kenmoore8877 Currently, the folding (or non folding) brace is legal without a tax stamp. The foregrip or a stock (folding or not) is not. You can put a folding brace on it without the tax stamp. As far as "what would happen", if you get caught, it's 10 years / $10,000 fine.
