In this video I fight against Pavelski (Bugs), Jackel (Finn), Urbador (Shaggy), Queez (Taz) and Covis (Velma).
I'm trying out a video with minimal editing to see how it'll do. Comment if you like the style of the video!
This is all recent gameplay so hopefully there was something to get out of this compilation for all my Batmains in the MultiVersus!

I've only been playing Batman for about a day and a half but I picked up on some of the basic stuff I see you doing here. And I learned a few key things from you that seem to make the bread and butter of his kit more reliable. Just need to practice batarang control more and I think I'll have a decent idea of how to use him.

Yeah it is kinda glitchy but if the enemy don't jump the moment you use it it can be a great opportunity to get 5-8 damages

Then there is me using it to win. A Jake though he was clever doing a stretch to prevent me flying back in, hooked on to his face and kicked him out the top. There is no middle ground it wrecks and looks super cool, or you fly out the zone and cry.

Made a vid on a combo loop Batman has, considering you’re ranked #1 here as Batman, would love to see your input on the loop. Also, I found a tech with Batman to save your bomb cool down and batarang cool down. When you faced shaggy you took out the bomb first. Instead, you could just throw the batarang and if it’s about to land, you could take your bomb out and it’ll apply the bomb!

slide, 1 jab, up attack. when edgeguarding far horizontally, divekick, up special. sideattack, up special. (low percent) jab up attack. (high percent) batarang, up special. slide/smokebomb is ledge guard close. after up special, watch their spacing for followups (ex, if they get knocked to ur side, side attack) (high percent) slide, upspecial or divekick, upspecial. u really can only interact with taz with batarang as combo starter (side attack sometimes). velma also requires batarang spam, sometimes it breaks one of her projectiles

I mostly use aerials, up special and his slide attack. It's important to be able to play around your batarang. Side jabs don't allow for that very well. Also thank you! I am insane indeed

He's in NA so I don't think that'll ever happen. And he'd beat my ass 100%. He uses his Jerry often while defending himself in the air. Jerry breaks the rang and Tom's control over the stage in the air is nuts. VoiD knows exactly how to utilize his character to the full potential, I think he'd beat my ass

You have to dodge with a jump. I don't know how to consistently keep that momentum either (The air lines), but that makes it happen a lot

Here I ran what it says in the description. Now I run extra upwards damage, extra aerial damage and a mixup between freeze projectile, extra projectile speed and extra damage against debuffed enemies. I am going to try out Tas Trig soon tho, and maybe revert back to I'll Take That I recommend whatever suits your playstyle. Are you using aerials a lot? Do you prefer less cooldown? Are your enemies debuffed a lot?

It should automatically come down if it's high in the air. The best tip I have would be to solely focus on the movement of your rang after you threw it

When to down smash vs down basic? ( straight kick vs rolling kick)

Down special if your opponent is in a tight spot or if you can figure out their next position. Down air if you are very close to your enemy and they are suffering from end lag. Also at the side of the arena is good.

I’m trying to get better at Batman but I can’t really find many ways to confirm kills so I usually only get them to high percentages. I’m not amazing at the game but do you think you can tell me some of the ways you kill?

Uppercut > Jump > Uppercut. Has to be done in quick succession. Bomb > Uppercut > Possibly another uppercut > They explode into the atmosphere Dair > Uppercut If they're off the map, use fair. That's it lol. Fr.

Watch my guide for more specific batarang controls, but basically you have to use up and down as well to get it to curve.

Hey man, I know you don't really play teams but are there any tips you can give to play batman most effectively in teams?

From past experience in teams, I'd say trap the 2 opponents together with batarang or fairs. Then uppercut the shit out of the 2 of them. Repeat. If that doesn't work then focusing on one guy at a time would be your best bet. Kick one guy's ass then help out your teammate fighting the other guy. Repeat

What perks do you use for batman I've played batman from the start but still isn't sure what perks I should run

A few days ago I started using the projectile build with the ignite, freeze and upwards attack damage bonus perks. Before that it was the cooldown reduction and extra damaged against debuffed enemies + upwards attack damage bonus.

Your reads, especially on taz and velma, were actually kind of insane. Was trying to think what perks you run. Projectile speed, movement speed, triple jump?

Here I used all damage perks lol, none of what you mentioned. Now I use "Ice to Beat Ya", "That's Flammable, Doc" and "I'll Take That"

@@MadJuice Yeah I hadn't watched it back but you seemed so fast. I was able to figure the speed out. Has to do with the dodge timing (coming out of slide). That's an insane perk combo. I like I'll take that better than coffee, trade out the fire for school me once in teams if needed. Kinda felt fake when I first saw how good you are tbh ggs
