Its so crazy how underplayed tanya is online, i dont really pay attention to the pro scene, but from who ive ran into, its hard to come by a good tanya
Everytime I watch a MK championship, at least here in Brasil, I see a plenty of rank C/rank B characters been amazing and winning lot of games. The fact u can almost choose any character and still compete agaisnt the meta shows us how well balanced this game looks like.
I'm just glad my boy Liu Kang is A Tier. The only issue with Liu Kang is making sure you pick the right Kameo for him. Ever since Kung Lao got nerfed he has limited options when it comes to Kameo.

Good list but you have some horrible takes. Shang at 27th is beyond crazy, Reptile at 22 is insane, Baraka at 21 is crazy, Scorpion at 20 is crazy, shao at 15 is insane, kung lao at 12 is crazy, Reiko at 2 is fair, Tanya at 1 is an even worse take then shang at 27
@alexmatthewsiv4310 tanya is high mid tier at most. She's just really irritating. All you have to do is know what is punishable and block low. Shang is nowhere near bottom 1

also scorpion should be buffed by making his amp ground tp a launcher again and make the cancel built in to both his regular and amp tp also Quan shi needs his mind control move from mkx back, and make half his moves faster. and finally his low tentacle needs to be one bar
I was kinda on board until you put mileena at 19 she top 15 easily she the only character on the roster that can full combo punish your mistakes on reaction her pressure is crazy and she does absurd damage
I’m sorry, literally any character can full combo punish your mistakes. That’s the whole point of a fighting game. Also, her pressure is not good because she doesn’t have a good mid to check the opponent. She has good mix depending on the kameo and good damage. That’s it, her range and projectiles are also ass.
Scorpions f34 can combo into spear or a f32 if you use the drop move for movado. Edit: Goated tier list btw, my only gripe is quan chi, im a firm believer that he is the worst character in the game.
Just kinda got into the Tanya bandwagon. I see people using Janet Cage now instead of Goro, is that a good idea? I just hate Goro's LOOOOONNNNG cooldown. And Janet's is so quick.
@@alexmatthewsiv4310wdym he’s not very safe he has a good low but there’s a lot of characters who’s pokes can beat his. Not to mention he needs a cameo to do any type of low or over head combo starter.

There way more people who use other characters like sub, liu, GS and many others because they’re way better for combos. There’s like one good Reiko player and in multiple tournaments people who you reiko always get outplayed because he sucks at combo starters
@@combosensei Well first shao had better kamos like Janet , tremor which keep in mind gave him 50% while letting him keep his hp or giving him more , I think mavado was nerfed is because the top tiers just got more dmg so shao and havik suffered because nrs doesn’t wanna nerf kenshi and Johnny
Sub is bottom 1. No safe special moves. Can be punished from full screen away on reaction by many characters. Weakest damage by far and also the slowest character in the game.
sub zero at 16??? tf?? Even though khameleon gives him a lot of advantages he is still slow, most of his moves punishable, the worst damage. The one good thing abt sub is his clone.
Nope reiko is definitely not top 3 top 6 or 7 i mean even the best reiko player says hes not top 5 and geras is definitely top 10 his damage is busted and he has the true unblockble move in the game with his puppet but further i agree with everything
Reiko easily top 4 people downplay they own characters don’t believe what rewind says about him and geras not even close to top 10 maybe mid tier before they added the visible clock to the screen but after adding that def bottom 5 or 10

if u have 2% brainpower and know the o/L u litterally can't get opened up and he doesn't have good range bc he's just a normal human so it's kinda a hard time against kenshi
@@Civoker Johnny is Not even Top 10. Low Health, Low Damage, No Projectiles, No Range, Long recoveries on most moves (Negative on Block, especially specials), Johnny completely relies on his kameo, people over-play him. He’s not that good, and people saying otherwise are usually the ones that aren’t playing him.
LMAO Reptile is top 10, no one is gonna jump over Forceball on reaction, and also Reptile got a full screen Acid Spit now, also Reptile's overhead is not safe because you do the regular version, not the charged version, that version is safe. You really don't what you're talking about LMAO
@@combosensei I'm a Reptile player myself, I'm not struggling against him I actually play him, if my RU-vid avatar wasn't obvious enough. Reptile is a versatile jack-of-all trades, with his best range is being at mid-range, he's not a close-range mixup character. If you wanna go for mixups you need to attach him with a Kameo like Scorpion (for his own overhead) or Motaro (which allows Reptile to cancel his charged overhead to Motaro's low Tail Shot which is plus 14 on block). As for Acid Spit yes it is good only at full screen but that's why you have the Forceballs for, and once again no one in an actual match is gonna jump over them on reaction. And there are slower projectiles in MK1 like Quan Chi's EX straight skull, yet Reptile can be played both in mid and long range, unlike Quan Chi who can only be played at long range. Nice try Elder God.
@RoyArkon I’m a shao main I know more than 99% of people about shao that doesn’t translate in high level the best reptile player in the world honeybee has said he’s low tier he may be good in your eyes but he is not subjectively good nor is he good in ranks where people know matchups
@@combosensei I've seen all of HoneyBee's comments on Reptile and he clearly doesn't understand Reptile. He plays him as a combo only character while ignoring Reptile from both mid-range and long-range. Reptile can be played Rushdown but mid-range is where it's at, and long range also is better for him than up close. Even Sonic Fox said that Reptile is S tier and also told directly to HoneyBee that he (HoneyBee) plays Reptile too honest. I'm not gonna comment on Shao since I don't know that much about him, but Reptile is indeed top tier.
@RoyArkon look like I said in the video we are not gonna agree on everything, I respect that you don’t think your characters bad like sub zero mains haha but Sonicfox changes his tier lists every 2 hours and me personally don’t see reptile as a threat too the top tiers but if you can make it work then I’m your list it would make sense to have him there in mine I have shao in top 10 but I was being completely subjective in the video
