hunk is definitely in the superhuman/Human with a lot of experience category. dude has survived while his whole team has died dozens of time and redefines combat vs bioweapons in the re universe

I always prefer when you also use the Legendary skins characters ! It's an extra bit of depth that's always good to have

Didn't The Shape also pull up to the Entity's realm on his own without it wanting him yet not doing anything to remove him?

Hunk definitely needs to be higher up, imo higher than Claire and Leon. Despite only having 1 main story arc (excluding ORC) much of his lore emphasizes his ability to survive high risk situations even when the rest of his team dies. I wish Capcom included Hunk into more of the RE story to truly show what he’s capable of😄

I am satisfied with the list with one change. I love Demo dog but I could never see him solo a nemesis or wesker😂. They would beat him down with their tentacles albeit while taking a few scratches.

For Claire she was professionally trained in combat by her brother Chris and he was a member of the US Air Force from 1990-1995 prior to him joining S.T.A.R.S in 1996 so she is higher than Leon albeit slightly due to the training she received from Chris at the time they were taken by the Entity.

The thing with Cheryl and Ash is that even if some of the killers are "stronger" than them, they'll still likely come out on top. With exceptions to the killers like Pyramid Head and Sadako lol

I agree with just about all of this, with some little movements that more come down to preference than fact. Splendid job in representing these characters. I do want to ask that if you ever come back to this idea and revamp it in, say, a year, I implore that you go all out for it, including literally everyone. I mainly point at things like the House of Arkham and Benedict Baker, as both have been confirmed to exist in the Fog still, as well as more Legendary/Ultra Rare killers. From what I can tell, the Minotaur, Krampus, Charon, Baba Yaga, the Armored and War Hammer Titans, the Look-See, and the Mordeo are all canonical additions, with special mentions going to the Birch Witch and Alessa Gillespie, as those characters may be either canon additions or just outfits. To have them all added to this ranking, plus any I may I have overlooked, would be excellent.

Hunk I'd put up with the higher RE characters. He's a beast who's slaughtered his way through the world's monsters and came out without a scratch.

I like how the Entity is this all-powerful ancient godlike being, but is still threatened by a tall dude with a knife and another dude with huge sword and metal triangle on head.

Bill is truly the most strongest character. He somehow can take 4 hits from a tank before going down. A tank can rip concreate from the ground and fling cars like it is nothing. Bill can also get shot, blown up, stabbed, slammed into a wall, and set a blaze without feeling a thing. He also can get ripped to shreds and then get back up perfectly fine. ( this is a joke)

bill also fought in the vietnam war and had a broken/wounded leg when he fought the zombie invasion and most likely bill still has the broken/wounded leg in the entity’s realm and still outrunning many killers and being able to pick himself back up

Really cool list, I'm glad you included the entity and surprised about the observer. Still I think Wesker should be higher. Chris lost against him while he was in a mission just 3 years before RE5. And talking about RE5, he and Sheva only won against Wesker because they had a serum to overdose him, so he was weakened, and even then, they had to work together and almost lost. Jill also lost against him quite easily (and Chris was helping her), and she had more experience than her RE3 self, Wesker was just beating them with some matrix moves. Also, it must be hard to rank Pyramid Head and Michael Myers because they're more of a "concept" than a character (at least Pyramid Head, Michael is tricky). I mean, they're not that strong physically, Michael can be defeated with just bullets and Pyramid head can be slowed down with some shots too. But then they just return, so that's their strenght. So you need some way to manipulate reality to destroy them, at least with PH, like I said, Myers is tricky. So I still think Pinhead is the "strongest" (in a more literal way) character besides the entity, he's just insane in the comics. His version from the movies is weaker but still quite strong.

I have a theory about blighted pyramid head. In his law phead is stated to enter the long rest, so maybe in between trials he isn't completely aware of everything around him allowing blight to inject him with no issue

Wesker should literally be in his own tier as a Non-Supernatural. He claps absolutely everyone except for The Entity, Observer, Pyramid Head, Sadako, Pinhead and probably Freddy. Not sure about Oni and Dredge though.

Wesker is the most powerful being in the fog, and for two reasons: 1. He has Uroboros. 2. He’s a god, and even kings bow to gods.

I think you should do a video where you compare every survivors appearance, if they looked better in there old version or in there present version

The lament configuration might have been brought in by the entity. I don't think it would have shown up in the realm without influence from it or maybe the leviathan.

Can u do a vid on lore characters? I really went to see someone talk about The Mad Designer - She was first discussed during The Twisted Masquerade, driven mad by the fog and painting the towers before setting up the decorations and masks. She is the “mysterious figure” referenced in the Masquerade pop-up. The Alice in Wonderland cosmetics have descriptions that suggest she made them, being marked by NFA (notes from the absurd) using phrases like zzl and signing as The Not-So Mad Designer and Lady Treyks. I defo think she could be a future killer, seemingly obsessed with Alice in Wonderland and stories.

H.U.N.K stand for Human Unite Never Killed and is canonically unkillable surviving an unknown amount of suicidal missions as the sole survivor resulting in him receiving the nickname of Mr. Death and Grim Reaper

i do think meg should have been a tier up from where she was. we know that she is at least a state champion runner, and that she has not quite superhuman grit and enderunce. These skills should be enough to get her out of bottom tier. Otherwise, great list!

While I agree with most of the list (from what I know about the killers and survivors) I think Myers if way overestimated. While he does seem unstoppable in the movies, it doesn’t take much to knock him out when compared to the other killers. In the second movie he was knocked out with fire and fatigue, if I remember correctly. Meanwhile, killers that you ranked lower, such as Nemesis, have tanked moves like those and can keep on going. Yeah Myers is scary but still human. He would probably lose in a fight against someone like Wesker or Oni, since they have better endurance, speed, strength, etc.

Hunk totally belongs in the higher tier along with Leon and Jill when you know his back story and what he’s gone through

The biggest flaw I see is Jill and Chris being above Wesker even though in RE5 they gets absolutely wrecked by him, while they were working together.

I agree generally with everything although I do think Laurie should be at least a bit higher just because she has escaped from Myers so many times and has proven herself as very intelligent and powerful (in terms of human power)!

Mikaela is a literal witch with magic who fought off the entity, so I would give her just a bit of a bump as you put her in the bottom of that tier. And as for Meg, she has peak human athleticism I believe, as she has broken records and they have not been broken

Big RE/SH nerd here just popping in to offer a bit of extra perspective on a couple of characters, spoilers for SH 1&2 and RE(kinda) incoming. HUNK: almost certainly belongs among Jill, Chris, and Ada. His modes in the RE games are basically the "everything is fucked" modes. You start with way more weapons and ammo but there are also a heckload more things to deal with and several things are buffed. He's basically dealt with what all the other big RE characters have but slightly harder save for Nemesis, X, and Wesker. I'd personally put him a bit below Jill. Lisa: Honestly I'm unsure if Lisa in DBD is Lisa before or during the events of SH1 but from what little description we have of her and the fact that Pyramid Head is here I'd say she's from during, which makes her a creation of Silent Hill itself. At the end of the game in the good ending she pops out of the ground and drags a rather tough looking man into the floor with very little effort so she certainly belongs at least in the supernatural beings category. James: James is not that remarkable but there are two very weird things that would indicate that he's much more capable than he seems. First is that he can actually wield the great knife (Pyramid Head's weapon); not very well but he can swing the thing. Second is that the 2nd to final boss in SH2 is actually not one but two pyramid heads, which James actually does take on and (seemingly) kill. Now the Pyramid Head in DBD is clearly a different one than these two since it seems that these two were weakened heavily by James accepting Mary's death and coming to terms with his role in it, but they're still Pyramid Heads and are a bitch and a half to take down. I'd likely put him up with Carlos and them. Other than that, accurate! Cred to putting Cheryl where she should be, even if fan theories might actually put her higher.

Nea should be in the top tier as she is the human manifestation of the entity!

I feel Zarina was under sold due to her lore. Like she has gotten through some stuff situations. She's similar to tapp just lacks the police training

As for the Xenomorph, I feel the Xenomorph is the strongest non-superhuman or magic character as Xenomorphs are at peak performance in just about every category. Speed, strength, sense, intelligence, and aggression. It’s brought down by the fact that, despite its extraterrestrial properties, the Xenomorph is not enhanced in any way. Not to mention it’s a drone Xenomorph (there’s also the queen, but that’s different, because lore accurate queen Xenomorphs are massive and much more dangerous).
