@@scrappyninja3618 this game is so stupid. After 2 hours of trying to get Wiseman I hold curry and klay to 2 points. And won the game at 23 to make sure I was good. And this stupid fucking game doesn't register me beating them. So I spent 2 hours doing the Wiseman one, beat it and don't even get my reward bs game. No wonder I stopped playing this dog shit. Play now is the only good mode left
Just run a full court press the whole time and bring your players up so they get a layup everytime and then you’ll just shoot threes immediately and you’ll get like 220 points easily
To get Wiseman on current gen: Go for bump steals, with the player who's guarding Draymond. Draymond's easiest to recover to and he'll miss if you can contest him, while klay and steph won't really miss.
Guys I have a giid advice for Eddy Curry. You have to make intentional fouls so they get bonus. When they shoot free throws the time doesn't run, so every posesion you foul on them. You can easily get 70 points per quarter with that strat
@@ARod3 No, I have 4 to sacrifice, and each will do 5 fouls per quarter. Then with your other 9 players, yiu fouls sometimes to win a few seconds. You'll have ended in 3 quarters. Maje sure nobody gets fouled off, it is easy to control
Also, just run your guys out of bounds on each of their possession, and let them score in paint quickly. Then, hit 3s on yours. You'll be more than fine. You don't even need to foul really..
Toughest challenges imo (current gen): 1. Invincible face-off 2. Cookies 3. Passing perfectionist 4. 20-20-20 5. Locked up 6. Deny the invincible 7. Wilt's one hundred 8. 3 minutes 9. 40 in 10 10. 17 blocks All the other challenges aren't too bad. Not sure why he has the Wiseman challenge so high it's on pro difficulty and took me like 3 tries 😂
Update after playing all the challenges: 1. Invincible face-off 2. Cookies 3. Locked up 4. Invincible face-off 5. 40 in 10 6. 3 minutes 7. 20-20-20 I feel like at least 4 of these 7 challenges are impossible on current gen
Just a quick tip, you probably already know this since you’re on attempt 45. If they make get 3 or 2 points, when you get to 18 points make a 2 then you will have 20, then you can make a 3 to get 23. So you’ll still win by 20 even if they have 2 or 3 points.
For the 2 blocks with pgs challenge, i used oop Larry Bird, Demarcus Cousins, and Divac. Divac and Cousins are both centers but their primary position is point guard so it would coubt them as point guards. I got 3 blocks in that challenge. It was so easy.
Tips for some of these cards that are worth the time that I’ve gotten: Reddish: Defensive setting: Gap on and off ball all the bronzes, double on catch on Kobe (time out settings), 5 out, run pick and rolls with almost no shot clock left, (2 attempts) Eddie Curry: Chuck 3’s like dbg said but if it’s too close to call, get them into the bonus to stop the clock and have more shots Wiseman: Offball Curry, but also on ball when he’s driving, 3’ hunt so it’s less possessions, and use a big lineup, took me about 6 try’s
The first 2 he says are the easiest are like right at the top on my list. Especially current gen. Also its on Hall of fame meaning its impossible to score.
I just hate that last year anyone could do the spotlight sims challenges, whereas this year its restricted to the best players with the most OP cards. Like I started late, so I have no chance at nearly all of these cards compared to last year where every challenge was doable due to Quick Thru STS
I realized pressing helps then sag off with the guy defending the inbounded then spam square and double team curry usually it’s a steal just make sure Draymond doesn’t book it down the court wide open gotta try to be in two places at once unfortunately
Full court press helped me a lot, and have a big guy (I used Ben Wallace) as your shortest player so Curry could at least be slowed down. And have 2 huge centers
Use a person who is really fast and long to guard steph that's it and full court press on only steph. I recommend t-mac. BTW I didn't have a good t-mac and used free agent Tracy mcgrady
For the Eddy Curry one, to make sure you get 200, at 2 minutes mark, start fouling and sending CPU to shoot FTs, this will give you more shots and should be a lot easier.
I'm 13 years old NMS and I play on current gen with mediocre internet but I'm 19/30 with these challenges, still missing Cam Reddish Kevin McHale Gerald Wallace Reggie Lewis Danny Manning Richard Jefferson Mark Eaton Joe Ingles Bob Pettit James Wiseman Arvydas Sabonis And my reasons for not having them... Cam Reddish: 1 of 3 things will always happen. Either Kobe takes over even when I hard double, bronze guys get wide open layups, or I miss with KPJ and Felipe Lopez to the point where its be down 15 or start playing fast paced. Kevin McHale: haven't tried but Sim Bhullar is my only hope Gerald Wallace: I can't get 11 steals unless everyone fouls out and my bronzes cannot get 11 steals they're way too slow and I doubt the answer to be playing 13 dark matters. Reggie Lewis: haven't tried but 40 points on current gen seems difficult for me Danny Manning: I have Cade Cunningham but I will green 8 straight 3s then get a full bar on the 9th every time. Richard Jefferson: tried 1 time lost by 97 and don't have the MT for best cards amongst golds. Mark Eaton: 100 points without a 3 sounds impossible, especially against a bunch of TyDeBos aka defensive gods. Joe Ingles: 30 assists without a turnover? Really? I can't pass that fluently to the point where I get 6 assists per quarter with 0 turnovers. Bob Pettit: 55 boards won't ever happen unless I have endless overtimes or Sim Bhullar can manage a board every 21 seconds. James Wiseman: I tried 1 time and Draymond on cold ring greened a 95% contest being guarded by Sim Bhullar. Arvydas Sabonis: again. Sim Bhullar. I haven't tried but no way can he get 20 assists in the same game that he gets 20 boards unless I chuck up bricks.
The no points in the paint one is actually sorta tough on current gen because the computer will not shoot 50% from three, it will shoot 100% from three. It forces u to get the ball first and make all ur threes. The reason I can beat the computer on current gen is by making it shoot 2’s. And I win every time. If anyone finishes all these challenges only on current gen like I am trying to, u r a demigod (and u get a cookie)
I have a strat where I just run 2 centers and a smaller bigman like simmons or batum for budget players and with the guy guarding curry just run man2man and spam steal on him til u steal it in the backcourt just trust me it works with like opals and pink diamonds. Also I did get lucky but just spam steal took me upwards of 70-80 tries Edit: also just took me that long bc im on current and I didn’t know it was that hard with the wrong players
18:50 you need to balance steals, intentional fouls and leaving them open lanes. be careful to not foul out more than 2-3 players before half, shoot 3s, but after a steal if you're on a fast break don't hesitate to drive to the basket. I had 201 pts and 1.5 minutes left.
Bruh frrrr I would just sit in the paint with eddy curry and leave John wall open he would catch it, pump fake, then drive to the basket and dunk on eddy curry 😭
@@Tmccooo facst I did it I have about 8 of the players but the only one I really wanted is reddish and I can’t get him im getting closer to get him though
When I think of gauntlet I think of how gauntlets are in wrestling. Should have made you face difficult teams with the same team and If you lost once you restarted, That would be easier
For the 200 point one run down the court and shoot threes(u won’t miss). On defense let ur opponent score. If ur behind on points, do a on purpose foul(click the pad multiple times). This will stop the clock and give u back the ball
Cams can be difficult. You gotta adjust all of your defensive settings to gap the white guys and double Kobe every time he catches the ball. I usered my pf’s all game (kyle Anderson and thad young) and just helped defend Kobe but also made sure my center didn’t let anyone score in the paint bc those guys rack up points quickly without you realizing
For the rebounds/second chance points, you can turn layup timing on and intentionally late it. If you’re underneath on a mismatch you should get a few every possession. For the second chance just put it back up after grabbing the board
The Allan Houston one is super easy because the CPU is forced to play silvers at center. Draymond starts at the 5 but his positions are PF/PG so once he’s subbed out he can’t go back in at C. So you can just blow by Looney or Varejao with your center
A really good tip that helped me was just control your best shooter and leave them up the court. When u get the rebound from the oppositions shot just throw it to them n shoot. Also foul a crap tonne ik the last minute so the opposition shoot free throws n u get the ball back. I did that atleast ten times a quarter. Make sure u keep spare players on the bench for foul outs
Should I run opal dino and opal Christian Wood or opal Dino and dm Eddy Curry. I got him for fun but I’m not sure if he’s better than wood. I’m on current
I would suggest for the Nail Biter challenge is that you score threes until you reach 18. Then take a 2 and hope that the CPU gets 20 when you let them score. Glad I have a punching bag cause these challenges are hell.
Wiseman took me about 30 attempts lol. I finally realized not to sit back and hope they miss, but get aggressive. My Luka had 5 steals on Curry bringing the ball up
@@kellglazefam7969 I would go for steals right after they inbounded the ball, not caring about fouls. If I didn't get a steal, or the foul, after pressing square a few times, i would switch to whoever was guarding Draymond to make sure Klay didn't cut to the hoop and when everyone recovered, I would sag off Dray a little bit, continually switching to all my guys to make sure they stayed up on their man (because even putting "No Threes" on settings didn't seem to help). In the end, I just got lucky they missed a couple shots down the stretch, and I won 23 - 2. Sometimes they're going to hit fully smothered shots and you just gotta chalk it up and restart.
If there was a gun to my head and I had to complete just one of these or die a slow and painful death I would have died a slow and painful death by now.
For the Wiseman challenge, i couldnt seem to do it. I decided to put retro giannis on steph, adjusted the in game setting for giannis to smothrr Steph... Won it first try
i hate the john collins challenge because either derrick rose turns into a center and blocks whoever i’m in the post with’s shot or they will randomly throw a lob
