As bad as people say Monster Jam Maximum Destruction is, I grew up on it and one of the best parts were the secrets that if offered, it wasn't the best graphics or handling but it's just that added factor of little secrets and such that you can get that made it so magical

Path of Destruction was always my favourite. I still have the custom Wii Wheel that came with it and so far as I care, none of the Monster Jam games made after it exist.

Do you think Activision (who is also responsible for the revival of Crash Bandicoot) should reacquire the rights to the Monster Jam games so we can have more games like Path of Destruction?? Aside from having the optimal Monster Jam experience, just imagine Monster Jam references in future Crash Bandicoot games...

Ive said it once and ill say it again. Path of Destruction should have been released on PC. It would have blown MJ 2007 right out of the water.

I hard disagree. Monster 4x4 is easily the best monster jam game. Also the turning isn't bad, what? The trucks handle fine. Almost none of the other games are good. I really wish they'd just go all in and make a realistic game with a real career mode already.

urban assault is my favourite, it was really fun and i love the game mode everything is insane,the freestyle, stadium race, circuit race those are insane!

I'm Surprised nobody has mentioned that Path of Destruction is the only Monster Jam game where you can create a custom truck. It was incredibly limited but still fun nonetheless

I played Maximum Destruction as a kid - it was an absolute blast and in my kid lenses the inclusion of Jurassic Park in the hollywood map was as realistic as the film itself… but I understand your ranking.

Something I haven’t seen mentioned in the comments is Monster Jam As Big As It Gets, it was a mobile game that came out on everything mobile, but because it was so bad and did so poorly, it was taken off of EVERY store it was on, excluding(for some reason) the Amazon App Store for Kindle fires. This is the only reason I even know about it, I played it on my kindle fire. It IS probably the most unpopular Monster Jam game.

Steel Titans 2 is a pretty good game loved all the trucks & Haunted Forest world. But I couldn’t tell you how many races I lost cause of tipping over. It’s like if you make one mistake you lose the race.

I remember playing urban Assault back on the ps2 i was 5 or 6 and now I'm 21 that and TMNT the one that was from the movie, parallel 2, spiderman friend vs foe, and Marvel Ultimate alliance. Man i feel old now.

I liked urban assault and monster jam the video game (2007) the best just because you race in allsorts of environments while crushing everything and doing property damage.

One game you are missing is monster truck Madness 64 it's not exactly Monster Jam but it's the roots of Monster Jam it was the beginning before they started calling at Monster Jam and it has a lot of good trucks including Grave Digger

Had Monster Jam 07 and Urban Assault for the ds, my childhood right there. Had PoD for the wii, one of my favorites, especially with the custom trucks.

Miss games like Urban Assault, that game was somethin i played every mornin goin to school on the DS along with COD 4 i think it was with the PvP but the whole bus literally was FIGHTING to get into the lobby before it was filled up😂

If we want a simulated monster jam game or still somewhat arcade based. I think Codemasters could do it if they get the license to do it. Look at dirt 4 and dirt rally 2.0, they know exactly how to make vehicles handle semi realisticly

Nice video I got myself all Monster Jam titles being released on any Nintendo console before the Switch They totally missed out a title for the Wii U which actually is my favourite console beside Nintendo 64 and Gamecube But it really well plays all those Wii Monster Jam Games which came in a bunch of 3 titles The gamecube version in my country's language and design seems somewhat rare I luckily found exactly one inconspicuous offer these days which first off I thought it was a fake but I got it in my hands now for around 20€ I'm looking forward of playing those games on my Wii I was a fan of Monster Truck games many years ago played some on my PC with a Micro$oft Force Feedback Sidewinder Wheel Greetings from Germany

If you like Path of Destruction for its realism, then you’re gonna *love* Beam-Monsters for BeamNG Drive. Not only does it have the most realistic physics to date, it also has many trucks from all of the eras, (Including non-existent yet official and non-official ones) a huge amount of customization, and is being updated surprisingly often. There’s also the added benefit of using it for the rest of BeamNG Drive and its mods of course. I still prefer the 2007 and Urban Assault games overall to Path of Destruction, but that’s because they are more different with their arcade style approach, and the fact that I have some bias since those two and the DS version of 2007 are the only Monster Jam games I grew up with.

Rainbow Studios (the guys who made steel titans) are best known for their simcade stuff, so I don't see it as a knock

tuned out as soon as Monster Jam Maximum Destruction was rated lower then battlegrounds and crushing it. Not that Maximum Destruction deserves a high spot of course, but I can atleast say ive had fun playing that game. Crushing it and Battlegrounds are borderline unplayable.

It's interesting that you say that steel titans fails as a arcadey and a realistic game, I've seen a reviewer say the same thing. I thought the same thing before watching these videos. I kinda wish we could get a monster jam simulator just once. Kinda like what skate 2 did for skateboarding games. Nothing too difficult nothing too easy

Monster Jam Maximum Destruction deserves so much better like yeah its the first game and the oldest but I personally think it has its own charm in its own way and being a game from 2002 I believe its held up well, its more Arcade-y than the other Monster Jam games but it will forever be better than both Steel Titans games imo. Path of Destruction is my #1

steel titans seems to be built off the same engine/framework as mx vs atv all out which makes sense since rainbow made it

The mobile game wasn’t in here, and also most if not all of these games shown were released on Nintendo, too. But I agree with #1, I just would’ve placed steel titans 1 and 2 higher, being more of a simulation style kinda guy

Since you've review crush it and steel titans 1 both games were updated, crush it had the dumbass freestyle fixed to actual freestyle and it had a dlc pack with a chrome grave digger and a destruction mode but the game was still trash, steel titans 1 added challenges to free roam and added career mode+ with 3 overcast trucks, the game also had a few dlc packs

They need to combine the graphics of the trucks from path of destruction with the track selection of steel titans steel titans 2 is cool cause like experiencing what the drivers of monster jam have to when their racing it examples monster jam Chicago style racing it just needs more graphic design to the trucks

i would always beg my brother to let me play path of destruction and since he's older he would always make me play the games he wanted to play and barley let me play my ganes

Actually, none of them are very good games. To be honest the only 2 monster truck games that are really any good and do monster trucks any justice are Monster Truck Madness and Monster Truck Destruction. Now there are modders who have taken to Rigs of Rod and Beam NG and did some awesome stuff on there.

Nah I find Crush It! to be the worst game in the series. One of the WORST games I have ever touched in my life.
