Bro you ain't lying. When I use to landscape in 08-09 everyone buying up the house market were from FL TX AZ. 4-10k homes are dead. Land in EC is 4-10k, rehabs are 20k & up

Even a couple years ago my uncle was getting homes for 10K. Crazy how it’s going up so fast.

As an soon to be out of state investor, yes I’m coming too. Missed the chance in NY so gotta go where the opportunity is. Y’all should have that same energy with the corporations bring the gentrifiers. It’s enough land and property for all of us. When jay-z co-signed on the Barclays coming to Brooklyn, we (the residents) never stood a chance of more of our people owning. Let’s not forget out of state investors been ahead of us and reaping the benefits a long long time ago. We are all late to the party that is REI. I’m sure Atlanta and Florida and California been sick of out-of-state residents especially us in the colder states.

It’s all up to you. All my houses are in Cleveland because my lender is in Cleveland. If I could find houses in Cincinnati and a lender who will fund me I’ll buy there.

Inner city Cleveland, Toledo, Dayton, Akron, Canton, Youngstown and Cincinnati. Also all the rural areas are extremely cheap except villages like Chagrin Falls.
