Hi Zach, definitely wouldn’t suggest a swivel to fish it. I use a swivel for filming but that’s it. Well picked up though mate. Those little details definitely make a difference in my opinion too
You can remove the split ring and get the same action with a TA clip or fastach and it makes it way easier to change colors. It does weigh the nose down though. I tie direct in freshwater but TA clips are great for surf fishn
Was Watching a dude yesterday while fishing, normaly i can pull perch up on a string but this guy took all the big ones infront of me, have to get it now! looks and move amazing, special when it's kinda cold the warter when hunting - 3 hooks better when the fish bites slow .. Hard to find here in Denmark!
thanks for that.... I have a couple of the older ones with the weaker hooks so they will need to be up graded before summer. Should I stay with the number 6 hooks? What brand do you recommend?
The shadow rap is a slow sink, the shadow rap shad is a slow float. You can put heavier hooks on the shad to get it to suspend or use suspend dots or strips. I change the hooks out anyway to g finesse trebles or triple grip size 4s. You can upsize the hooks if your using the gami hooks because there light and incredibly sharp. I lost a good fish today at least a 4lb bass because I had stock hooks on. If the fish even swipe at the gami hooks there pinned
