Yay! One of my favorite Patton projects! Definitely check out them performing this on the Henry Rollins show...and yes, that's Mike singing in the beginning. The whole album is great...but would love to see y'all react to Mojo (that was the single from the album) and Your Neighborhood Spaceman. Mike said the album was "his version of pop music" and pretty sure he took the band name from a movie that came out in the 1960s. So glad you have discovered them! 🤘

Everything Patton does is fire. This was his 'pop' record. I was blasting this album on repeat back in the day. Their appearance on the Henry Rollins Show was incredible.

Mike Patton is the only artist I can think of that can cover basically any classic and make it BETTER than the original..Peeping Tom was just another way underappreciated project of his...After following his genius, I've come to realize billboard charts and platinum record trophies are meaningless. He is a true musician that puts his heart and soul into everything he creates, probably giving a shit less how "successful" it is.. Mondo Cane is actually my overall favorite. Lol

Mike Patton said this album was his idea of pop music and what he would want to hear on the radio. He collaborated with a bunch of people to make the album, but he wrote it all himself. The song "Mojo" was the single, with a great video..

I saw Peeping Tom in Atlanta many years ago! Went with my dad! 😅 I was outside the venue and was crossing the street and stood right next to Mike! I was too afraid to say anything so I just stood in awe 🤣🤣

This was dope AF! I love Mike Patton! My dad was a huge Faith No More fan is how I got down the rabbit hole of him! He briefly had a run with The Dillinger Escape Plan. Kind of a grind core/math core band when they were in between singers. Wild stuff

3:12 I would also say pizza because there's soo many ways to have it, an abundance of changes to make and it can still be classified as pizza. Breakfast pizza, dessert pizza, meat lovers, Philly cheesesteak, BBQ chicken, etc. Even plain cheese which I'm not generally a fan of naked pizza, I like clothes on my pizza even if it's only pepperoni or only sausage.

I guess you might just be too cool to know talent when you hear it. I've seen Mike live on five occasions now. With Faith No More, Fantômas, and Mr. Bungle 3X. He is a true performer and had gained the respect of musicians across every genre. He is definitely not overrated by any means or on any scale.
