Yup, just a hard foul with a hard fall. Pat doing what he can to stop Jordan from scoring and MJ knows he meant no harm. Its just how the game wa played back then. Physical.
It was a few people he didn't want to FCK w, Vernon Maxwell, Glen Rice, Gary Payton, he kinda walked away from those guys more than he acted as if he really wants to do something
@m3eddieiii553 he didnt compare Glen Rice to Michael jordan.. He just said Rice was underrated.. Everyone knows Jordan was the very best player during that era and arguably any era.
Amazing some of the no-calls back then would have been ejections and the guy being stretchered off in todays game. Miss the days when they were allowed to actually play like grown men instead of bubble-wrapped little divas.
The two guys that stuck up for MJ, Luc Longley and Scott Burrell on the bench. Can't have been that bad of a teammate for those two to react as they did.
Glen Rice grew up in Flint Michigan and Ik the Flintstones mentality, Rice was about to get in that ass. Jordan did not run on him like he did Hornaceck, Starks,he really didn't have much to say to Vernon Maxwell in a video when Max ran straight to his ass like WTF you wanna do. 80's/90's basketball was wayyyyy different than the soft ass current status
Aye, I respect jordan as a hoopeer; but I am aware Glenn came from Flint Michigan; which all those players are tough all the way around. The softest player from Flint to me is Kyle Kuzma respectably. 'm from Detroit and hooped up there myself and had respect of how they were kind of like us 😆
@@jessemiller4970 Dude Pat asked Mike 'You good' then Mike nod his head then said 'Yeah I'm good'. It was a tough foul but nothing malicious. They respected each other.
this is the NBA I knew and loved. I hated Jordan. He was always in the way of the Knicks. All these players are familiar to me. NBA isn't the same nowadays.
Michael playing dirty both times there! He he shoved him with both hands and then elbowed him the second time! Rice should have dropped him right there!
LEFLOL CANT PLAY IN THIS KIND OF ERA THERE SO MUCH INTENSITY EVERY SINGLE TIME FLOPS LIKE LEBRON CANT EMBRACE THIS ERA ... THIS ERA ARE SO NOSE TO NOSE
I love how irritated MJ was with the over bearing coach. I don’t care what these jealous folks say. He was Not a tyrant, he was a relentless leader( ps and real sensitive and will let you have it!lol)
I'm right there at the part where they said that Michael pulled starts down no he did not starch was pushing back and Mike moved out the way and he didn't have nothing to push on so he fell back boy they used to always try to say Michael Jordan was playing dirty that's a lie he was one of the cleanest players I ever seen they say he pushed the old boy when they won against the jazz no he didn't shit they had their hands on him he had his hand on him and when dude kept going Mike poured his hand off
