L ‘Homme EDT is still one of the most versatile scents (IMO). It works any season, any setting. It still smells great to me, albeit pretty basic and safe.
I tested it and must have gotten a bad bottle, because during the dry down it reminds me of mold. I tried the edp and parfum as well and none of them had that problem. The edp was pleasantly sweet and the parfum was weak and not very memorable.
L’Homme Le Parfum is one of my favorites from the house. Literally so easy to wear and for any occasion and season, and it also has great projection and longevity, at least for me. Nothing crazy, but feels like ol’ reliable for me. Feel like it doesn’t get talked about enough sometimes but that’s just my opinion.
I just ordered the Y YSL EDT. I know the EDP is more popular, the Le Parfum holds its own as well to say the least. My issue was when smelling the EDP, I realized I already have other colognes that smell just as sweet, and didn't need to pile on, so I went with the more refreshing scent of EDT. Le Parfum wasn't bad, but price wise, no way I can justify it.
I love M7 but my favorite is Kouros Body (or Body Kouros: the black bottle released in 2000 by Annick Menardo when Tom Ford was the art director of YSL's perfumes), sadly discontinued but still available at discounters: a stunner!

The YSL EAU FRANCHE must there, a silent one but very very good especially in hot weathers, mostly known perfume reviewers is a little biased due to their country of origin, weather is a big factor in this topic.
@Inanimate22 you get nose blind to it. It happens to people sometimes. I never had a problems with the proformance this a summer sent best for summer nights for clubs or concerts. I usually go 5 to 6 sprays.
@@jeffblazemon226 I know but I think it got reformulated and you have the the non reformulated batch. I will let mine sit for 2,3 months and see if it helps. I tried a tester yesterday in a shop and that one lasted on me for like 9 hrs got a new bottle today and it doesn't perform.
To be honest most department store buyers probably do not know what an edt, edp, or parfum is. I didn't for years. I would smell something I liked and I would ask what it was they were wearing and they would say "YSL Y" I didn't know to ask what what concentration and I would go get the first one I saw and wear it and think this does not smell like what I remember.
We’ve already heard so much of YSL and the point of speaking of something that is discontinue or impossible to find? There’s a lot of goodies out there and it will be coming as always.
Well, for office use, I recently spray the blue beast Amouage Interlude Black Iris. I love the smells and the cloud of Black Iris around me. Just be careful as the projection is hyper beast and superb longevity. It’s not for everyone especially for office setting.
Hmmm....... Probably because it's been discontinued for a long time, so he doesn't bring up discontinued frags if they are super expensive, because they aren't "reasonable" to buy?......🤔
@@chiranjeevsingh9506 La nuit and DHI might be a little hard to pull off on the office but potentially doable in my opinion. But everything else 👍. I’d also suggest Prada lhomme, Dior homme, Prada Luna ocean, givenchy gentleman edt intense
