I tried it and it’s pretty good and looks like the real raffaellos (I putted nuts instead of almonds) !! However I only found it a little too dry, because there is not that “paste” in it as in the raffaellos. How could we reproduce this paste?

@@imqsqs wow, are you going to insult the recipe without even trying it? Isn't it wonderful that people try making non-vegan things vegan? I just made raffaello based on this recipe, and as a huge raffaello fan who went vegan - this recipe is WONDERFUL and tastes EXACTLY like the original, even with using coconut oil instead of coconut butter. P.S. - check your spelling, true raffAello fan.
