When Ray brought up in response to Joshua’s situation that so many players take the big payday after a career best season but end up leaving the team that was best for their career path, the 1st name that popped into my head was Christian Ehrhoff! Takes the big cheque after the 2011 final and proceeds to fall on his face into oblivion.
Ray did a great job on the canucks broadcast. I remember Ray in his earlier years saying the most obvious things like "The team that scores the most goals wins the game", "If you take too many penalties the other team will eventually score..." lol
The love that Maurice has for Winnipeg breaks through his seems in everything he does. Mad respect for the Winnipeg callout, and the message to his father.
The Winnipeg call out was weird to me. He resigned from the team mid season and said he was stepping away from the game and then took a job in Florida. Not the most noble thing to do.
Lmfao who would want to live and. Coach on Winnipeg or any Canadian teams for that matter. Paul is a Stanley Cup Champion🏆 and that can never be taken away from him. It's also something Canada teams cannot do for past 31 years and counting. What a 🤡 of a country Canada is. Oilers won't sniff the finals next year and the collapse will be the being of the end for this loser franchise 😂
@@michaelcarson121 You do realize that these American teams win with mostly Canadian players right? Not to mention Canada wins like 75% of all international tournaments.
@@gskeyz2987 lmfao yea I'm fully aware that most NHL players are Canada and incase you didn't know America's come in 2nd at 29% of players in NHL. Maybe Canada should stop giving the USA teams all their Canadian players 😂 and learn how to build a winning franchise 🤡🤡🤡
ESPN did amazing in their coverage. Seems like ESPN has the best presentation and in-game commentary. TNT has the best personalities between periods. Sportsnet is the best all-round and most knowledgeable (thank you Bieksa).
ESPN did a horrible job of broadcasting. How can you even sit here and say such a delusional thing is beyond me. ESPN has been 🤡's for a long long time. Their ratings have tanked and all they care about is woke race baiting bullshit 🐂 💥 💩.
Are you serious??? 😭 ESPN has been a 🤡 show for years now. They did a horrible job broadcasting the Stanley Cup finals. All ESPN does now is cry about woke shit and race bait 🪤. ESPN has fallen off the map a long time ago 🤡.
I watched ESPN Ray is way way way better than chatterbox about nothing Craig Simpson. I do enjoy the HNIC intermissions. The play by play and camera work is much much better on ESPN.
okay, Ray, who is a replacement for Zadorov. Theres almost no one like him in the league...there's other Joshuas and Myers, but there aint no Zadorov's elsewhere. MUST SIGN HIM
I tuned in to root for edmonton to lose, and im a canadian who currently lives near edmonton. I had an 8 person watch party where we were all rooting for the oilers to lose.
WHAT ? We give up ANOTHER 2nd ???? ahhh BS Starting to hate this management group. Chicago is fleecing us again and why the hell do we care about a 4th round pick. A 2nd is a possible real player. a 4th is nothing at all. I just can't take Allvine seriously anymore.
Donnie might not think he’s a EP40 hater but he’s literally the only Canuck that DT will take shots at/make negative comments about on every single show during the week. Also the only player he refers to by their salary instead of their name. If that isn’t a hater than what is
@@drifter5682… Not saying EP40 doesn’t deserve criticism for his terrible 2nd half & playoffs but Donnie’s words ring hollow when he goes all in on EP40 but treated Virtanen with kid gloves because he was from Abbotsford.
Pettersen contract could be an albatross if this years playoff performance is sign of things to come…..I would trade him and keep Lindholm as playoffs showed he is a “Tochet type player”
