This is side 1 of a dealer-only CED videodisc- first segment shows the 1984 line of (color!) video cameras. Camcorders were still a year or so away, so to shoot video you had to carry around a portable VCR with a separate camera. The highest-end camera here is one of the first tubeless consumer cameras.
Then at 17:47 comes the 2nd segment on the RCA Digital Command Center, which was the first attempt at a "universal remote". It could only control RCA products so if you bought a TV and had another brand of VCR you'd have a big remote with useless buttons on half of it.
