I can't believe I am putting this on the internet for over one hundred thousand people to see, but here goes!!
Hopefully this will be helpful to some people wanting to apply, and entertaining for people who don't. As cringy as these audition videos are, you can certainly learn something from them. There are loads of tips in this video, not just for filming the All Star Academy audition, but for vlogging in general.
I hope you enjoy watching... I certainly didn't 😂

Your facial expressions whilst watching your audition videos were hilarious, loved them! We learn the best lessons from our mistakes, because everything is a journey, I know all of that is cliche. Great tips for many out there!

The best part of any vlog episode you ever do is when you're just being your loveable self Meg. It's charming and keeps me coming back for more. So perhaps just being your authentic self might be helpful in the audition as well.

Some really good tips here for production. But having watched ASA myself I don't think you didn't get in because of any of these reasons. The contestants were mostly "average joes" with one horse and who hadn't really got a lot of experience. Your application showed that you were already quite well set up with good facilities and the skills and ability to produce good quality horses that were already out competing. I think they probably thought you were already too advanced to provide the sort of content they're producing with ASA. Your application vids were original and I bet they were entertained.

Oh Meg. Well done on giving the interview a go in the first place. You must have looked a sight in Liverpool city centre in riding gear. I think you were incredibly brave. I can’t even take a selfie, never mind a video of myself. This was really informative. I didn’t hear the bagpipes at first. I loved your reaction when you realised. Thanks Meg xxx

Awesome 👍! It's a rare person who is instantly great at what they love. Putting yourself out there in the spirit of helping someone else is so authentically you! The 🎠 shot will be stuck in my head forever... Reminds me not to take life too seriously and just laugh! You've come a very long way and I am grateful for being taken along the epic journey! Personally I didn't see anything you see, except you talking over what you wanted us to see and hear...and until you said anything I didn't notice background noise, sniffs bagpipes lol...I just focus on you, your information and visual...I love your vlogs and enjoy all that comes with it, however now I'm educated in the wrongs and rights I'm going to love them more as you clearly know your art and treat it so professionally for us to enjoy...your a natural in front of the camera and hope you keep going for a long time 🥰🥰🥰
