On the leafs Jersey dont think of the leaf on the sleeve being ont top. If you think of it underneath like it was sprypainted over with white its much better

23:14 no, the shoulder patch on their current home jersey is the “S” crest. And it is NOT mirrored.

That Tampa bay jersey is fire!!!!! So is Vancouver that Toronto one, the leaf looks spray painted on with that gradient, kinda cool tho!

The leafs jersey looks like a good workd junior jersey for canada. Change the blue to red (and maybe the white to black), and take the “Toronto maple leafs” text out of the logo

13:25 I noticed this on an earlier jersey, but it's so obvious on this oilers one. What's the point in putting the primary logo that's on the front of the jersey on the shoulders? If you're going to put something on the shoulders (and this is a relatively modern phenomenon) then it's a secondary logo, usually something simpler.

The Toronto jersey just needs to switch the main logo to the 2D version from the late 90s. The Sens jersey is 🔥 bro.

Hey Neil, melody martin realesed a vid on buying a Sabres jersey because the jerseys are on 40percent off. Also great vid, you are the only youtuber I could watch the entire video. Designs were great, so I don't know if it will cost extra because the Sabres are in the Us. LETS GO BRUINS.

Love the Arizona rendering! I am surprised Edmonton and Ottawa used the same logo on the chest and shoulders. 3 identical logos seems uncreative and redundant. Whereas, the Anaheim shoulder patches are an homage and complement to the logo on the chest.I agree with you that inverting a logo on the opposite shoulder is like spelling Pittsburgh as hgrubsttiP!

I love the Vancouver Canucks Concept, Winnipeg Jets Concept I would change the logo from the shoulders to the front and the Washington Capitals Jersey Concept I think the Canucks and Jets should make both of those jerseys there new home jerseys that is how much I love theme

I liked Winnipeg and Toronto. Los Angeles was nice, but I think the "LA" on the shoulders might have looked better if the letter "L" was a hockey stick. The thing I didn't like about the Columbus jersey was the removal of the cannon shoulder patches.

My only issue I might have with the coyotes jersey. Real nice and clean but I’d about the kachina stripe being so high up on the arms. Maybe that’s just me but overall I like it

I personally want the coyotes to keep their home and away jersey instead of going to the Kachina. So I like the concept of mixing the 2. I am not a fan of the Kachina logo but the design along the jersey looks nice

Take the triangle away on the shoulder of the penguins jersey just have the penguin. Theycwould be fire. The sleeve stripe is weird but not terrible

Anaheim Ducks would be number 31. The Neon Green is killing me. Vancouver Canucks would be number 30. Right logo on the chest, wrong logo on the shoulders. Detroit Red Wings would be number 29. I agree with Neil, you cannot mirror a letter on the shoulder, the stylized "D" turns into the letter "G." Chicago Black Hawks would be number 28. Again, you cannot mirror a letter on the shoulder. Colorado Avalanche would be number 27. Again, you cannot mirror a letter on the shoulder. Washington Capitals would be number 26. This is NOT a beauty pageant, for sure. Arizona Coyotes would be number 6. The angled kachina pattern on the sleeves makes this sweater interesting as do the shoulder patches. Carolina Hurricanes would be number 5. The stormfront warning flag being duplicated in a line absolutely works more so on the waist than on the sleeves. Winnipeg Jets would be number 4. For the first time, red looks perfectly fine on the shoulder yokes. The stripes, not so much. Florida Panthers would be number 3. Love the wildcat insignia in the pouncing stance with the red background. San Jose Sharks would be number 2. The mirroring of the shark on the shoulder patch is perfect. Columbus Blue Jackets would be number 1. Love the stars on what would be the matching shoulder patches, without the yokes. Nice work, MBH Jersey Design.

Neil when are you going to start thinking outside of the regular graphic design box. As one myself some of your thoughts I totally agree with. But many of your ideas are what we are trying to get the regular old graphic design artist to stop doing. It is limiting them too much. I know sometimes you state that it's your opinion but other times you flat out say it shouldn't be done.

Neil, I would have to disagree with your opinion at around 18:40. You say the NHL doesn't put logos etc. on the bottom of NHL jersey's sleeves because they'd be hidden b the gloves anyways and therefore it wouldn't make sense. While I don't have a better idea of why they haven't done anything like that so far, I strongly disagree with your explanation. Adidas is commonly known for putting detailed graphics, slogans, and logos along the inside of the neck of NHL jerseys. They're even featured in your concept videos quite frequently. And that's despite the fact that these details are invisible, not only during NHL games (while most of the jerseys are definitely sold to people who DON'T wear them with gloves, therefore it wouldn't be pointless to put a logo there) but every single time the jersey is being worn in general. Just something I noticed and thought about. Have a good one.

The color scheme of the Ducks was awful. The Capitals were a 0. I have nothing positive to say about it. As a Wild fan, all the stripes need to be removed and just go with a solid green. The dashes on the Islanders numbers were out of place. It just looks odd. Otherwise an excellent concept. I had Vancouver and Buffalo tied for 1st.

I might sound like a broken record... but Vancouver needs to get rid of the orca. I find the logo insulting. Not due to indigenous heritage... but due to Orca Bay. When they owned the team, they did this to get their name out there since the NHL wouldn't allow them to put their company logo on the jersey. It was the start of a really dark period in the Canucks' history. Go back to the flying skate. It was the best logo and jersey they have ever had in my opinion. It's also what I grew up on. I have never accepted the orca logo and I never will.

The lower stripes on the arms annoy me
