Rwby music hits so deep and no other music has made me feel even remotely similar. It makes me so happy to see someone else feel the same way and flip out when new soundtracks come out 😢
Jaune deserves everything. Ruby got closure at the end of vol 9, but jaune didn't. He still probably feels like this, haunted by all the people he feels are dead because of him. To top it all off, he had to ruminate all these feelings for decades, with no other people to distract him from them. And I know he probably still feels love for pyrrha, but she would want him to move on and find happiness, even if it was with someone else.

I love how it incorporates both parts 1 and 2. Part 1 in the "red like roses fills my dreams" section, but also the "guide my way out of this place" chorus is extremely reminiscent of part 2's "reeeed like rooooses [...] Aaalwaays cloooseeer!" Chorus bits.
Easily a top 3 volume for me, along with v3 and v6. For some odd reason, I took these 3 months to binge v9 so many times. Now to sit back and vibe to the OST
Amazing OST for an amazing show. They do not miss, and Casey + Martin is giving Ok Goodnight a little bit and I am 100% here for it. I bet Jeff is so proud. For real though, RWBY is freaking revolutionary isn't it? You can look at every component of the show on its own and say it's been done before or whatever, but as a whole there's something about it that makes fans foam at the mouth (myself included of course). I mean, how many shows grip fans the way this one does? How many shows have such a large proportion of people calling it their favorite show of all time? It's wild. #greenlightvolume10 Regarding the OST though, I absolutely LOVE Guide My Way and Trapdoor. I'm a sucker for anything Ruby, and both of those songs kick my soul in its nonexistent balls. I'm wondering about Chatterbox though. At first I thought it was Ruby to Neo, because of the who "it's not just you who lost it all" line especially. But then someone said Jaune to the cat, and that made more sense for the most part, but I still can't place the meaning of the lyrics in the bridge, with the "righteous and meaningful" and "leave your tears" bits. Is it Jaune and the cat talking to each other? Or Jaune to Ruby when she had her breakdown? Jaune to himself maybe? I'm not sure.

- Inside - Still a really good OP. Pretty hype. I’ll have to listen a few more times to decide if it beats V8 and/or V2’s. Regardless, a banger. - Checkmate - Obviously plays during the chessboard fight in ep 3. Oh my god this is still a freakin bop. So funky. And that breakdown?! When it goes full club beat?! Too good. Might actually be my favorite track. - Chatterbox - Played during the fight with the Jabberwalker in ep 5. The very start reminds me of the OP for season 1 of Promised Neverland. Anyway, the way Casey’s voice gets raspy on that last “out” is perfection. Another bop. Not surprised. - Worthy (BMBLB pt 2) - Obviously , I don’t even have to say it, ep 6 Bee Confession. Probably one of the most anticipated. Oh my god it’s too pretty. Ugh my feelings. Why is this so sweet? I’m dying here! I can’t! Can’t believe the Bees invented romance, and Casey and her crew created the romance song. - Trapdoor - Episode 7 fight with Neo’s Jabberwalkers. I actually had that chorus stuck in my head all day right before the soundtrack released officially here. “I don’t feel like the Chosen One” didn’t need to go so hard. That guitar is sick. - Quiet - I believe this one is in episode 9, during Ruby’s talk with the Blacksmith. It’s very pretty. I’m not a huge fan of the extended ticking but I get it. - Guide My Way (Red Like Roses III)- Wow, still fresh in my finale feels. Did not expect that intro though. “When will I become all of me?” “I’ll be who you were and I’ll be even more” “I’m what inspired the fairytale” Frick yeah! I’m so proud of my girl! - The Edge - Yeah this credits song still makes me emotional. I think I’ve just so closely connected it with the finale and my feelings with that. But regardless of that, it’s just a great song. The team did not miss.

Quiet actually played during the scene of Jaune and WBY finding the Gems. It's essentially Jaune's character song, finally, which also explains all the ticking
magnificent, though I would say bumblebee didn't invent romance but more so made a crappy sequal of it. Casey's songs carry the hell of it, definitely made the romance songs.

You can hear the every emotion in Casey’s voice for every song she sings. It’s crazy how she knows what emotions need to be heard in each character’s song😭❤️
at first I didn't like Inside as a OP, but it grew on me to the point i'm shouting "INSIIIDDDDEEEEEE" along with casey. LIke holy fuck I love this soundtrack unfortunately unlike earlier volumes it is a bit hard for some of the songs for me to figure out who's speaking in the song to who. Tho casey really be carrying the bumblebee ship on her back with the songs. No matter how much I dislike how they did the ship I will not miss out on listening to a bumblebee song because casey is just that good of a singer. Also... RED LIKE ROSES PART 3 LET'S GO, MY GIRL RUBY ROSE, THAT'S WHY SHE'S THE GOAT, THE GOAT. Tho, poor jaune man, AAAAAAA
I watched the entire RWBY show last month on my own. Then I found your channel and watched certain parts to see if your reactions matched how I felt about them which was very entertaining. Then I showed my wife who then wanted to watch the whole series for the first time through your channel with me. You did great work! Thanks for sharing.
On the Sun thing: "he goes where he is needed" which means he also doesn't stick around to the people who depend on him. Team SSSN has some serious resentment towards him especially Scarlet. The second of the 3 RWBY books, Sun is pretty unlikable for a lot of it.
