Fun fact the entire album was produced using a Roland SP404 Sampler! Peggy unfortunately also commented this was probs the first and last project he was gonna use it for but that he did it as a practice run and because he wanted to see how they'd sound in the 90's.

It's so funny but also very cool to me that you never read lyrics but you can't help but check in on the Peggy lyrics both times you've listened to his albums

pretty sure the guitar on garbage pale kids is probably not a sample, although it may sound like an existing song i think its just a soundfont peggy uses- you can hear it on 'ghost of ranking dead' too at ,2:10, of that song

i think that learning to play instruments it's good for your personal enjoyment and it's helpful when you use a daw and want to add some texture to your music

I think for the vinyl sound effects, if he is sampling directly from a turntable then the static might actually be coming from the original vinyl which he has. Or it was intentional lol
