Baby Metal is the band everyone needs in their lives. Even if they don't know it yet.

The whole band is high energy x10. All the time and everytime. The musicianship from the Kami band is really World Class and the writing is hook after hook after hook after hook. Then we haven't even touched on their Visual aspect which is again Off the Charts. Even with the new lineup and changes this Band is No Joke when talking Real Bad Ass Music.

We all knew you'd enjoy that. I would have recommended Headbanger, Megitsune or Rondo of Nightmare (with the Mischiefs of the Metal Gods intro) next, but with Yui's announcement yesterday that she is leaving the band Black Babymetal (Yui and Moa duetting without Su) will no longer exist as it did so any of their four songs - 4 No Uta (or Song 4), Onedairi Daisekusan, GJ or Sis Anger would be appreciated.

The Wall of Death at the beginning was great. And was formed without Su saying a word. And later the circle pit was the largest I've ever seen (not that I get out much). Truly an epic performance. Over 20,000 attending. And Su's voice just filled the Arena. So sad though you won't be able to see them as a trio. It was announced a few days ago that Yuimetal has left the group. She suffered some health issue (presumably an injury) and has been unable to perform since December 2017. Yui has said that even now her health is not what it was and will be going back to an old dream of being a solo artist. So Babymetal will be moving forward with Su-metal and Moametal as the new core of the group. Still if this year's summer tours were any indication, seeing them live will still be an amazing and intense show.

Speculation has ranged from an injury (perhaps to her hearing), to an eating disorder, to pregnancy (!). It’s typically Japanese not to specify what, exactly, the health issue is in situations like this, but it allows rumors to spread in the absence of concrete information. I just hope she eventually gets back to 100%, for her own sake if not the group’s.

@LordKellthe1st Yui first missed the Legend S concerts in early December 2017. Mikio's fall wasn't until the end of December and he passed in early January 2018. I don't think the "grief theory" works for a number of reasons.

You can still see them as a trio, just not with Yui, but an "Avenger" instead.

The expected reaction to "Road of Resistance": Jaws dropped but with a big grin. They do a better job with a DragonForce tune than DragonForce itself does...

Like another post said you have to do sonisphere 2014 IDZ. This show put Babymetal on the map. Lot of back story to sonisphere 2014. You will love it i guarantee.

I've been waiting and checking for you guys to react to my favorite video! I knew you'd love it. Wont be the same since Yui Mizuno has finally announced her departure from the band, now to move forward and see what Suzuka Nakamoto and Moa Kikuchi can deliver us as a duo in the future. Yui is gonna be a huge loss and will be missed, but Su and Moa still provide the awesome performances that they always possible can. That's how they were taught from the idol group Sakura Gakuin. Thanks for the awesome reaction.

What I got from it is that she doesn't feel like she can give BabyMetal 100%, and doesn't know at this point if she would ever be able to again, and feels that they don't deserve any less. Some people seem to think that it's expressly _to_ pursue other things. I don't think that was her initial intention, but rather a silver-lining that she realized would be there. I hope the policy is completely 'open arms' if she decides otherwise. I can definitely see a BabyMetal performance exacerbating a significant injury. Hell, I think performing _RoR_ like this would kill me if I even just had a paper cut. :D

If anyone else is wondering why this song sounds like dragon force, it's because they did a collaboration with dragon force. Herman and Sam actually played guitars for the single.

Link & sync is about the only way I've seen the music video for _Megitsune_ survive. It's a shame to miss a reaction to it, because it's such a beautiful video. Also, the MetRock live performance of it regularly gets blocked.
