You both have really become some of my favorites, you take your time, your thorough, you care. You try to find meanings of songs and lyrics. and one of the biggest things is that you love Dimash and his goodness, and the things that he stands for. Thank you for this reaction, it is a beautiful song, with a very sad lyrics and Dimash interprets it beautifully, every time I hear it, a tear falls, it is very mobilizing, touching and liberating. Dimash is an angel that connects us with the deepest part of our being.

You should for sure find the 'behind the scens' tale of this song! It's on the lines of Daybreak but not about a child losing his parents. Autumn Song and Autumn Strong are indeed one and the same. Dimash is the BEST EVER!! I am one of his 'dears' as you two are. He is fabulous, no doubt, no questions!

Они просто разные по энергетике! В чёрном говорит больше, а в розовом- предпочитает больше слушать! Инь-Ян! В розовом- Инь, чёрном- Ян! К слову, в розовом- у неё восприятие гораздо глубже, поэтому на "поверхности" ничего и не заметно!

Не пишите и не переводите все подряд в Гугл переводчике ....тем более когда на русском неправильно написано, написал бы автор слитно : " слушает душой".тогда может и получилось бы,но Гугл принял их как 2 разных слова из-за Того,что они раздельно написаны.

Спасибо, девочки! Вам бы для сравнения послушать московскую версию, она мне больше нравится. Голос Димаша и сама подача песни как вино, чем дальше , тем всё лучше и лучше. И сам он всё краше и краше. Хотя всё, что исполняет Димаш, всё шедевр

Dear Regina & Sabrina, you have done a lot of MY LOVE Dimash & you did Tengri but PLEASE react to Dimash & Tengri Swan Goose from earlier this year. It has a lot from the Mongolian culture & the whole thing is STUNNING. 1 of the musicians even uses Mongolian throat singing.

Some of the audiences were amazed and smiling because this was first Mandarin song he was performing and he was fantastic in expressing true emotions. I like your format of presentation. When you react to his performance of "Daididau" (Kazakh folk song) do it from Gloria Wu channel for The Singer series and other "Daididau" from Bastau concert. Although whenever, wherever he performed this song he was amazing as this is one of his favorite song. Thank you.

Yes they are the same song & If you would have used the video from the channel Gloria Wu the story comes first followed by the performance with subtitles. The same thing applies to her video of Daybreak which not only gives the story of the tragedy but also Dimash's problem the day of the performance & coverage of his family & the phone call from the writer & 1st performer of Daybreak saying how proud that he was going to sing it. Both Autumn Strong & Daybreak makes me unable to stop crying every time.

Los colaboradores de Dimash dicen que los asistentes al concierto en NY, quedaran en shock, Dimash ha subido videos de practica de baile y se ve increible. Asi que quedaran asombradas. En las paginas oficiales de Dimash pueden encontrar su discografia y todas estan subtituladas en ingles, tambien es una forma de apoyarle con las visualizaciones y compartir de ahi los videos. Yes: Autumn Strong and Late Autumn are translations of the same phrase. "Late Autumn" is what we would say in English.

I think Gloria Wu deserves a LOT of credit for bringing Dimash into people's lives. She worked so hard on the translations and backstories and made Dimash performances on The Singer into something truly special! Sadly, Gloria has not added to her Dimash channel since the Singer.

Ikanaide is the Japanese version of this song and translated by Gloria Wu. The composer of this song is Koji Tamaki and Dimash sang it at the Tokyo Jazz Festival.

The song is about a Japanese actress who during the war acted in China for years and she pretended to be Chinese till it was discovered that she was in fact Japanese, then she had to leave China and never return, someone wrote this song for her... I like when you watch the original video and then those fan made videos, the fan made ones chop the Dimash's videos and add extra stuff and take out the song...

❤️🌷❤️🌷❤️🌷❤️🌷👏👏👏👍👍👍 Li Xiang-Lan’s parents immigrated to Manchuria (north east China) as part of a Japanese program to settle Manchuria with Japanese. Li Xiang-Lan grew up in China so she spoke perfect Chinese. She showed an early talent for singing so her parents encouraged her musical talent but being poor, eventually accepted a good Chinese friend to adopt her so she could get music lessons. During the 8-year War of Resistance against the Japanese occupation (the last four years with China being part of the Allies in WWII) the occupying Japanese authorities produced a slew of propaganda movies . Li was selected to plain many of the main roles which always depicted a Chinese girl falling in love with a Japanese man, often an officer in the Japanese army. This is why she was arrested and put on trial after the war as a traitor. This is when she was forced to reveal her Japanese origin to explain why she was technically not betraying her country. Indeed this saved her life and she was instead extradited to Japan. The good ending is that she eventually built a new life for herself in Japan and attained a high level in the Japanese government. So this song was originally in Japanese and the theme song in the movie about her life. Then it was translated into Cantonese in Hong Kong where it also became a hit. Then it was re-written in Mandarin where the lyrics were changed to what you now read. They actually do not refer to Li Xiang-Lan any more. As for the title, the literal translation should be “The Essence (Taste) of Autumn is Strong” (as in concentrated) / from Dimash USA Fan Club 🇺🇸

If you stay with her channel, Gloria Wu's, you'll get a lot of info and english subs. The woman involved did actually get back to China one more time as an ambassador from Japan only to find that her husband/lover had been executed for treason just because they were together. It really is a sad story. I hope to see you ladies at his concert. BTW he won an award for this singing this song.

The Autumn Strong song is a true story and the woman had to leave a lover in China, who was executed right after see left. She did return to China much later. . .she is the lady after his song is thru singing, she has short hair and please catch her at the end!!

I wish you had seen Gloria's version first. Her translation is a little different than the other one, but you would have known what the song was about when you heard it for the first time. So when she was deported for being Japanese (China's enemy in WW2) all of her friendships were left behind like leaves falling from the trees in autumn. You should also use Gloria Wu's version of Ep.7 "Daididau". You already did "Daybreak", so next would be Singer Ep.9 "All By Myself", which I like better than the Bastau version for the surprise factor. If you can watch the 11 min. behind the scenes video ( "...All the wonderful moments.") , that's the performance where the new competitor gave him the kneepads. It also would have been good to have watched one of the Lion Band's performances ( - Remember Jam Hsiao ? Try Ep.1 "Lion"), and see the shot of their reaction after Dimash has finished singing. It looks like they thought they might have been eliminated - they weren't. They came third overall.

This song was written many years ago at the end of WW2. This lady who lived in China but was actually Japanese was a very popular artist. After the war the Chinese found out her true heritage and they turned on her and the government sent her back to Japan. She was not able to go back to China. Apparently she did get to visit many years later.

Several people have recommended Gloria Wu’s videos for Dimash’s Singer performances. They are great and it’s important to get the backstories of the songs. But, I would suggest you do the same as you did here-that you watch the official performance first, then go to Gloria Wu’s videos because she sometimes intercuts the video with other images. I read that this was for copyright issues. Don’t get me wrong, I really appreciate Gloria’s hard work, but for me, having those other images takes away from the performances, at least for Daididau and Unforgettable Day. Also, as another person commented, the version of Daididau at the Bastau concert is so incredible and moving, I would really recommend you watch that whether or not you choose to react to it. Thank you for your always lovely and kind reactions and all the time and effort you put in to get to know the artists you react to.
