Does Tony respect wrestlers? He's gone after Taker, Cena, HHH, HBK and now Jinder. Dudes that have dedicated their life to the business!! He's been in the business for 4 years, it's a bad look to go after these dudes who have been in the biz forever.

I disagree with Tommy. Whoever made the tweet on the USA Network account shouldn’t be fired for the tweet. There wasn’t anything wrong with it. Tony either needs to develop thicker skin or stay off of social media. He keeps falling for simple traps that anyone else with common sense knows to avoid.

The issue is TK taking shots at another companies talent. Unprovoked at that. People aren’t upset he’s sticking up for his company. People find it in poor taste he tears down other wrestlers.

A lot of people complain about the tribalism that goes on these days, rightfully so, but it can't go unnoticed that Tony Khan and AEW have been the ones from the very beginning to take shots at WWE. It's been happening since the company started, and continues to this day. They've created and stoked the fire of AEW vs WWE for 5 years. I don't know if Tony has a drug problem, mental health issues, or both, but this latest attack on WWE has me questioning his sanity. Dave is right, who the hell was complaining about Hook getting a shot in the first place? Online outrage? Makes Tony sound very paranoid, at the very least, or he just created it in his own head for whatever reason. The only time HHH ever said anything negative about AEW was when he referred to them as a "secondary promotion," and it's not like he was lying. For all the shots AEW has taken at WWE, at least one clapback was warranted, and it wasn't even that bad. Tony and the entire AEW roster should just shut the f?!p up about WWE, period. It's never done any good, and it's not helping business. I want AEW to exist, the business is much better off with multiple thriving wrestling companies. But Tony needs to put his phone down, and hand the keys of AEW off to somebody else. He's going to destroy it, and nobody wants that.

All this happened the same week Revolution passed the 15K in ticket sales, they are about to sign one of the top women’s wrestlers in the world, they are celebrating 5 years as a company, and WBD pretty much touted AEW as a ratings success. Everyone keeps saying that 'wrestling suffers' if AEW goes under, but I don't buy this. AEW and everything it stands for (Insider references, smark bait, mocking kayfabe, no selling gymnastics, bad comedy) are a black mark on wrestling. Yes there would be an issue of monopoly but I truly believe the wrestling ecosystem would be better without AEW in it. You don't have to support AEW from some guilt tripped idea that the industry needs them.

I can’t wait to see the deflections and excuses that will be made for Tony Khan in this video.

One of the things I find interesting is that I listen to a lot of these wrestling podcasts and obviously there's some beef between a lot of different people on these shows. Everyone of them might have different takes good or bad about each other but they are all singing the same song when it comes to Tony and his SM fits. Tony should take that into account.

Tony hasn't learned anything from the past, he has just done the same thing for the Seth, Jinder match that Eric did for the Foley championship match on Raw and what did it do for Eric.

From tk comments what I see is that he is a wwe fan who just so happens to run his own promotion. For you to know what’s going on currently in wwe and care about it to the point he tweets about it. Then that tells me he follows the product.

The problem is that Tony himself decided to use his personal account and go out of his way to take shots at WWE. If you’re the head of a company like that, you can’t be doing that shit. You have to conduct yourself in a certain way and “turn the other cheek” if you will.

before Tony posted those tweets, I honestly didnt even know Hook was still wrestling. I dont watch AEW at all, but I hear everybodys name being mentioned on different podcasts and on social media. I dont hear anybody talking about Hook. not saying nobody really is but it does seem like not many people care about him at this point.

Both Tony Khan and the AEW fans do a great job of bringing their brand down. It sucks because AEW has many greats including the likes of Toni Storm and Edge. Bully Rad Dudley is definitely one of (if not the) smartest minds to ever be involved with the industry.

The only times WWE has acknowledged AEW, since its inception, on-air were: Sami Zayn openly saying AEW on RAW, HHH taking a shot at AEW in the Hall of Fame Ceremony, Michael Cole taking a shot at TK when he introduced Ariel Helwani, and CM Punk taking a shot at The Young Bucks in his return promo to Smackdown. If I missed something, please feel free to add but I assure you, it doesn't reach to 10. The thing is, WWE, for the most part, doesn't see AEW as real competition so they don't have the need to bark or consistently take shots at them. That's were Tony's delusion is getting out of hand. I'm no AEW fan but I want to see them succeed and grow as a wrestling company that can be a credible alternative to WWE. But all they got are a small subsection of the wrestling fanbase that miraculously decreases by the day. Not only has their fanbase not grown for the past 4 years, but they are getting more miniscule as the day goes on. I could remember in their first year, you can see a full-packed arena for Dynamite. When the crowd cheers, boos, or chants, you can clearly here the voices. Nowadays, you can barely hear anything. The honeymoon period for AEW has been over for quite some time now and TK doesn't seem to grasp that. I know TK wants his company to succeed but his antics online and clear incompetence in being a leader of a wrestling company is a detriment to his company's success. He's had a team of legends such as JR, Regal, Arn, Jake, Big Show, Mark Henry, and a whole host of others. I'm pretty sure they gave him advices. Has he listened to any of them? What he's doing is clearly not working. His desire to appease the internet wrestling fans who offer very little financial success to AEW and bogus wrestling "journalists" is what's killing them right now.

Bully is right. Tony is proving that you can get to him, and so it's just going to get worse and worse.
