Luchasaurus / KillSwitch could be the biggest babyface turn of the year. Still has heat with Jungle Boy for the break up of the fan-favorite tag team in the company. The save of Tony could push him to be in a spot for a top match. Christen Cage, Adam Cole, Samoa Joe etc.

That fantasy booking gave me goose bumps. Appreciated all you guy do and have done for us fans.

With Sting on his way out, this could show a new side to Darby Allin, he could be the guy to stand up for the company. Also small like Jack. Big for both.

The plan is for Jungle Boy to show up at a forbidden Door PPV. They will screw its up… somehow. Because, it’s AEW. And, this whole thing will be another fart in the wind like Adam “Edge” Copeland, The Devil Mask, etc. We truly are living in the actual beginning of the end for AEW. And, that’s really sad because it could have been something different and fun.

Tony said his “life was in danger” during the Punk release. Kinda dampens any physical altercation that involves him imo. Scenario would work if he hadn’t said that

Gotta be Strickland to defend Tony. Reason is he's messing with his money. The crowd already getting behind him. Just takes it to the next level. Plus it sets up Perry for a future opponent to go after Swerve when he eventually gets the world title.

He don't got enough presence to be a believable heel let alone a top one he looks talks and acts like a kid

Hate to disagree with a legend in the game like Bully but nah, aew is once again, for the god knows manyeth time he is being re-packaged. Why not put a guy who deserves that shine in that spot. Also since when has it been cool to become a “heel” when you’re not so much a bad guy but just a whiny know it all, that hasn’t embraced the quality and time he has received to become a star in an industry that can give him an embarrassment of riches.

I don’t think getting heat is within the AEW philosophy. They want everyone to like everything. The heels, the faces, the matches. Stars, ratings, social media likes, etc. It’s a reflection of Tony Khan’s desperate need to be liked.

Honestly does anybody really care about jungle boy??? WWE has Roman, Cody, LA Knight, Randy Orton, Gunther, Seth Rollins, Jey Uso, AJ Styles, oh yea and CM PUNK!!! They have every big money player and the ability to make big money matches...AEW doesn't have the stars and more importantly the booking to compete on any level.

Imagine having a guy like Mark Henry and other wise veterans working for you, and you still don't learn from them or give them more power with the creative process... Well you would be Tony Kahn, .....JR, Henry, Arn.. etc etc. Tony is a complete idiot.

Hook just wrestled for the AEW World Championship maybe he could be the guy that stands up for Tony against Jack Perry. Hooks a good option.

Killswitch would need to de-mask to get away from the cheesy dinosaur gimmick. He could be good. I think Swerve should be left as is, he is over like crazy and a feud with Perry would only hurt him. Personally I think the person who would most benefit from the big baby face push to feud with Perry, get him to the next level, and replace him as an AEW pillar is Hook.

They need to pivot away from small and generic looking people with literal baby faces. Wrestling is a looks business and people like Jack Perry and Hook don’t belong anywhere near the main event. This will grow nothing outside of the existing workrate, smark audience.

I don't like the idea of using MJF or Swerve in this role. Both are already top guys in the company. Give it to somebody new or one of the many wrestlers that have been underused n AEW such as Miro or Wardlow or Stu Grayson someone like that. Someone who deserves and needs a push.

My take: Jack Perry comes back and stirs trouble like you said with Tony Khan over a few weeks. Around the time when MJF is healed and ready to come back, you make an announcement. “The Decision” (a spoof on what Lebron did when he announced he was going to Miami years back. Where’s MJF going? What’s his future?) During that angle announcement, you have a darkened arena with one spotlight in the ring with the two chairs 1 for TK and 1 for MJF. You’ve been concurrently running this Jack stirs trouble for a few weeks now as 2 storylines that combine to this spot where TK is interviewing Lebron, perhaps making his *pitch* and it’s all tense and dramatic and MJF is about to announce it……when Jack Perry comes into the ring and is now yelling at Tony, all off the mic to make it look legit and Tony is scared shitless and MJF is in the corner flabbergasted this is happening during his decision and then right when Jack Perry makes the move to throw the punch. MJF stops it by hooking his arm last minute and BOOM! Knocks out Perry, signs Tony’s contract and Off to the races. Jack Perry returns a douche heel, MJF gives the world his answer on the *decision* and he comes back as super baby face and can go right into feuds with Joe/Cole/Jack or anyone really.

What if you use the current Dustin storyline of his last ride and wanting the TNT title... At the risk of it being too "Old man screams at cloud", picture it, Dustin takes jungle boy to task over him punching tony in the face. Dustin then gets his last big run as a super over babyface who's the savior of the company's honor. He takes the title off Christian (only to lose it in a triple threat to Jack where he doesn't "lose his push"). Hell, after that, he could even be the one to take the belt off Joe.

There's no way the Billionaire owner of the company, who fired and suspended the people involved, is the babyface in this story. Or any story for that matter, no one can relate to the billionaire, the guys that got suspended/fired the people can relate to. Jungle Boy is not the heel if he's in a story with the boss. Fans would cheer Jack Perry punching Tony Kahn

I feel like the best options would be Hook or Swerve... But Swerve is better as a heel/ Tween & not a Face. Darby & MJF are good option too.

Think of it this way, Nick Wayne at the moment is a heel, he's with Christian Cage who is the TNT champion. His mom is with him and Cage and Killswitch/Luchasaurus, so having him sorta split away from the Patriarchy faction with Jack Perry eventually taking his spot instead with Wayne turning babyface and saving Tony from being hurt more by Jack Perry. I was thinking Hook, but Hook is already an established wrestler and really doesn't need that spot.

Absolutely not. All of this sounds terrible. Jack is a void of charisma. This can’t “work” unless he’s the eventual babyface, which heels the company. They don’t need that. The company needs the entire audience to get back on bandwagon of the promotion being the top babyface. Truth is, Tony just doesn’t want him around, while not letting him go.

Can't be Swerve. Can't have a guy who invades someone's home and threatens a baby become a babyface a month later. Can't be MJF, because he has to go after the Undisputed Kingdom. Orange is in the middle of his title reign. Kingston's storyline is defending the Triple Crown every week. Hangman has his own issues. Luchasaurus is going to end up dropping Christian. Dante Martin seems to be lost in his trios team. Can't be anyone from the BCC. Dark Order isn't credible enough. Has to be Garcia.

A good babyface to go against Jack would be Hook, Ethan Page, Lee Johnson, Shawn Dean or Scorpio Sky. I love AEW but i think TK needs to stop signing wwe guys and build the stars he has.
