I found this podcast in just the right time in my mental health journey where I feel so open to hearing all of these points of view on anxiety and ways of coping with my ADHD. So glad to bring in some positivity into my life.

Okay, but Crime and Punishment is one of my favourite books ever. It describes the mental gymnastics of both a planned murder and an accidental murder, told from the perspective of a narcissist who is both ridiculous and relatable. Wholly underappreciated.

There is a version of chess called chess 960 which is where the pieces are arranged in a random way on the backrank so no common openings can be used. I feel like the information that my brain was trying to hold on to has been safely transported and stored, so I can move on with my day 1:11:17 I also agree with this, I do this far too often and it just always results in my mental health crashing and getting, as Jordan said, a chemical hangover

I missed you guyssssssssss! Super small critique, probably just because you guys haven't podcasted in a while, but Jarvis spoke over Jordan and their guest quite a bit and was a bit all over the place. Like when he said he wanted to discuss NBA and Mike put on the headband but then they spoke about chess & esports for 10 minutes plus, Mike took off his headband, theeeeen it was brought back around to the NBA finally and Mike put it back on. I also feel like Mike wasn't as in on the bit about the breastfeeding thing either? Like Jarvis went off on a tangent about someone trolling him and part of it was him drinking breast milk and it went over everyone's heads a bit? I think? I just wanted to get to know the guest more and hear more Jordan too :)

i would love to come on the podcast and talk about adhd and productivity. thanks.
