Joe I just want to say thank you. I took an online approved real estate course that did have live Facebook discussions with the topics but felt like maybe I didn’t get it still. And I finished the course and got a 97 on the final but still felt like maybe I still didn’t grasp the information enough. After i applies to take the exam, of course different brokers contacted me immediately to get me in and discuss joining them after my state exam and one of the recommended someone on RU-vid and while I saw them, I just so happen to run across your videos and watched your videos for four weeks straight and I swear I learned more and understood the concepts so well after that. I just took my exam 2 days again and thanks to you, in a state, Florida, where the first time pass rate is 50%, I passed on my first attempt. I am so blessed that I came across your videos and I hope understand how much of a blessing you are to all of us. Yay!!!! I highly suggest anyone reading this to definitely watch all of his videos and answer along with them. And when it comes to your particular state just make sure you know the statutes they go by and their rules but his teachings really helped me to grab and understand the concept. I am recommending everyone to you!!!!

I like your vocabulary. I just started learning the vocabulary your site is helping me study at work. I can listen to the audio. I like it when you repeat the words after the definition. I don't like multiple choice audio study because I feel I will get confused being new to all these words. You and your team are doing a great job . I think the reason everyone got equitable title as the answer instead of legal title is because the way the question was worded.. It says," Usually title without ownership rights... that right there through me off because you DO have ownership rights with legal..
