realistic advice to survive high school (and thrive) 

I almost forgot high school students actually have to deal with social life, breakups, etc. after doing high school online for 2 years

My boy you gotta up these more 'into-your-life' videos, this is absolutely stellar content. I feel understanding you as a person is going to bridge the gap for so many people who think that they are not capable of going to the top schools out there.

I am still watching the video but I thought that I should comment first. My high school life would have been more productive and could have been more academically good if you started this channel some few years back. Now I am in class 12th and these videos make me sad now that now I don't have much time to do improve my profile in any way. I feel sad but I am really happy that you started this cause' it is going to help so many students. Thank you for starting this. Love ya

The dude is just so wise, I cannot think of a better word. What he said about well-wishers and people that don't necessarily like you achieving things is so true, this is something I realize, recently cuz of just how well things have been going for me lately (touch wood) people who you thought were your best friends turn lukewarm. Shaurya just has a way of paraphrasing things and saying stuff just the right way. p.s I'm heavily enjoying the latest content :)

energizing vs engaging find your tribe/s (where you're super comfortable) people who genuinely support you aren't toxic put yourself in situations that increase your self worth (but also take time to grieve and move on) after a breakup live life one minute at a time when you feel overwhelmed, rant it on a paper. figure out what you feel and decide what you wanna do about it focus on your effort, not on your grades plan well and start studying for tests early and consistently participate in class and show enthusiasm. first impressions on teachers matter. show your efforts set a system that holds you accountable and reminds you of tasks, singly focus on ONE task at a time, pick your battles. it doesn't make sense to give your 100% to everything

personally, tbh, I dealt with more negative emotions, resentment, toxic people, snakes, losing friends, dealing and stabilizing emotions, dealing w insecurities, "accepting myself as me" , shutting ego down and dealing with lowest of the lows in life not only emotionally, but physically and academically in 2020-2022 (11th and 12th) than I ever did as the head boy of my school for 2 years in physical classes during 2018-2020.

I had a similar experience with a physics exam in 8TH grade.Was very sure that i was going to flunk the exam ,i almost convinced my parents that i would rather not give the exam and stay at home.They told me to give it anyway as the worst that could happen was me failing.Funnily enough ,ended up scoring quite decent marks.64/80 lol

the whole part where you break down about the exam and then you get brownies and it just makes you feel a whole lot better is literally the best part of this video.
