😂 I love how you're trying to peacefully enjoy your food while in the background the kiddos are running back and forth squeaking! 😂😂😂 I remember those days well. Love your beautiful family!
I so enjoy you and your babies, Ami!!! the way you mother is how all should mother...including those babies in all you do!! I'm a 72 year old grandma and have had that loose abdominal skin since I had my first baby!! and that is just fine.
Ami I made your tuna recipe. I actually cooked some red lentils the day before so I used those. I accidentally overboiled them until they became smooth. That worked out perfect for tuna. I then added celery slices, green olive slices, onion slices, vegan mayo, mustard, a few raisins. Talk about good! Thank you! I love how you keep it simple and real. 🎉
Make Corn butter! Need: 6 cups corn kernels (thawed or fresh) + 2 tablespoons nutritional yeast + 1/2 tsp agar powder + 1/4 tsp salt + 1/8 tsp garlic powder. First place corn and 1/2 cup of water in blender, blend til creamy. Use a fine mesh to strain out any pulp and put liquid into sauce pan with rest of the ingredients. Simmer on medium heat stirring constantly for 10-15 mins until it thickens up. Pour into a container to let cool for 10mins, then place into fridge for 15-20 mins to set in firmness. Goes great on toast or corn on the cob!
This is defa very busy stage of your life with your adorable and energetic babies but you are doing a great job and setting agree example for them too 👍😍 thoroughly enjoyed this video with all the mouthwatering recipes 🙏🏻💗💗
Your husband needs a kuddos as well. Taking care of those little ones while you film. You have an awesome family! Chickpea tun is what I will be doing for my meal prep this week! Thank you!
This one was over - the - tops 🎡 sweet Ami!! Can’t wait to watch over & over again!!!!! I can’t say enough!!!!! The BEST!!!!! LOVE IT!!!! Did I hear some Elton John🎶🎹🎼 Big fan of his music and . . . . . and the Beatles!!! ☮️ Would love to go on but I am very sleepy & tired!!’ Very busy week.
I haven’t tried your wraps yet, but I’m feeling brave😅. All your wraps look so good, my mouth just waters. Thanks for all you do to help us stay on track while eating delicious food❤️
I'll bet you could make those corn wraps without flour by cooking the corn with some onion, courgette, and bell pepper. Then, instead of cooking on the griddle, put them in the dehydrator. (My Dreo air fryer has a dehydrating setting). They would be like those raw veg wraps, but much tastier, and better, and easier to digest because the corn and veg are cooked.
You may think that the corn tortilla was a fail but, I wanted to try it and see what happened. It was not working so great but, I just decided to make a scramble out of it. It is amazing!!! I did the corn, water and garlic powder.
Great to see Abe and Romi enjoying their food and Abe showing his combination with the sweet potato 😊 Could you put a link for the vegetable shredder (the one that looks like a big potato peeler) thanks
Love watching your videos! So inspiring! Could you tell us what kind and where you got your zuchinni noodles? Looked like it worked better than the one I have !
you want to keep eating because you're not getting the correct nutrition from your food. When your body's had enough of what it needs (animal based food and fat) the message is loud and clear. your body will actually make you have a sick feeling to prevent you from putting anything in!
You don’t know what you’re talking about. You’re not a woman, you have no experience having a period and having cravings because of it. I spent 40 years of my life eating animal products and I still had sweet cravings during my period.
This is completely incorrect. Make it make sense…😅 Please read ‘The starch solution’ By Dr John McDougall, very informative and will blow your mind about the goodness and how essential plant foods are for not only surviving, but thriving. 😊
@@JasmineHubber When your body is properly nourished you don't have to do silly things to stop you snacking, or eating more because your body doesn't cry out for food. When you eat an inappropriate diet you will continually be seeking food and have to do silly things as not to snack like clean your teeth, read a book, go outside all this crap. you think that's normal??
I agree with you except her problem is not eating enough calories in general, especially from carbohydrates. I eat a plant-based diet but I don't starve myself on it. I eat around 2400 calories a day and I'm always satisfied.
