You’re doing so well. I remember these days well, it’s so hard to do normal stuff. I literally lived on crisps and cans of lemonade for weeks on end ! Everyday is a day closer xx sending you a hug

OMG!!I am 51 and i am going thru menepause bad and i am having all the same symtoms as you!Hormonal !Same exact crap,just dont know when mine will end:(😢It really sucks,second time around seems even worse🤢

Hi Ellie hope your having a better day, I no what you are saying about the food smells , jacket potato 🤢 that was the worst smell for me . I also used to eat refresher sweets can you remember them, just to fill my stomach up in the morning, it worked but obviously I ate when I could. Hope you have a better week 😊x

Try ginger ale for the nausea and if you have to take medication to ease it, honestly just take it if it helps 🌸🌷 You will get through this trust me, I had daily nausea for 41 weeks and now have a beautiful two year old girl so it was totally worth it.

I had meds at the start when I was really bad but I haven’t needed them for a few weeks now 🙂 xx
