Beamer has had issues before with sign stealing in his coaching career. Whether he cheated or not, is debatable but there is something off, wrong or not good when you get two wins against TN and Clemson, than bad afterwards, and bad before, Cheating or not, those are outlier wins. I think SC needs to hire new outside talent. And Beamer isn't outside enough.
He had 2 outlier wins in 2021 against Auburn and Florida, yet no one talked about stealing signals there. Some fan bases just have trouble accepting reality.
@@CarolinaJackpot UF and AU weren't on the same level as TN and Clemson 2022. Those were much better teams. Plus, it's the how. Wrist bans, lol. No doubt you knew our sets and signs. I think Beamer's job depended on beating TN and or Clemson and UM didn't want to risk either so why not give a coach like Beamer the means to beat them with their sigs. I mean UM paid groups to go to the UK TN games as well as Clemson games to get their signals. No one guesses right that many times in a row in sets. Reality makes sense, SC beating TN by this much in this way does not. Plus, where there is smoke there is fire.. What makes sense? Beamer cheated to save his job. Now here we are two eyars later, and he's the same coach and team he was before the TN and Clemson games. But hey, no wrist bands lol Dude, everyone knows that was pure sign stealing. Even the announcers joked saying, "it's like their inside their heads for the next plays".. SC wasn't up and coming and improving either and hasn't been. They got the signs, used them and pulled two giant wins out of their azzes and never repeated it. No one does that unless they are a team that is improving or improved. SC wasn't that and hasn't been. That is reality. We destoryed SC with a worse TN team a year later in 23 but that was about the same SC team that supposedly beat the 2022 TN team fairly? LOL
@@gwhite7136 we can go round and round on the subject all day long. The fact is Carolina was double digit underdogs to Florida and Auburn in 2021. I don’t care how good you think they were or were not. That’s really not the point. If it were so easy to beat teams that are head and shoulders above you just by sending out a scout to steal their signs, it would have been going on for many many years prior.
@@gwhite7136 those darn wrist bands caused Tennessee’s db’s to get burnt, can’t forget they also caused Clemson to stop running Will Shipley and make 2 asinine special teams mistakes.
@@CarolinaJackpot In 21 your team had more to fight for. It was a deeper team than the 22 team was and the 23 team well. When teams do something no other teams have done and to that level, you always can see why, "elite teams do this". Up and coming teams do this. SC wasn't that and still isn't. It's like a student hat had chat codes for two games and than face planted since than.. lol Face planted before those to games in that same season.. That is the point. You have to have the stats and consistent winning to be looked upon a legit. You been alive long enough to know this. It has been going on for years. UM has been doing it for at least 4 or 5 years. Why do you think there is a rule change now for signs? Headphone to be used, no signs. UM did it against OSU, and to any team that was a potential match up for them in the playoffs. That was TN and or Clemson.. Why would they pay the money to go to games of those teams, film them, UM staff did that. YOu can bet they offered the data to SC, as SC was a common foe for TN and Clemson. And for those two games, against those two teams SC was more accurate on set counts than any two teams Clemson and TN ever played.. lol Just for those two games, who happened to be the only two teams in UM's playoff way.. A known cheating program.. to a coach like Beamer who cheated before and was caught sign stealing and taking the data and using it. Otherwise, why haven't you beat TN or Clemson again? Why haven't you used the wrist bands since? lol Your recored proves the cheat sir.
TN goes 9-3, obvious losses to Bama and UGA plus another loss to someone unexpected. Offensively, would like to see TN lean on the run game. Nico will be fine. As for Beamer and USC football, you have a pragmatic opinion. I have USC at 6-6, but Beamer has to go.....it's all about recruiting and he has to be in the top half of SEC recruiting alone. Next coach has to have a resume and not "Get back" assistant coach positions. Someone with HC experience...Rich Rodriquez comes to mind....great video.
Everyone is writing the Gators off this year. We will not be great, but I think 7-4 is very doable. If we don't at least make a bowl, if not Napier is done.
A&M should be much improved.. Green at TE should be good.. I think the secondary should be much improved.. the 3 RB"s are reguarded as the best unit in the SEC..the play-offs are a definite possibility
I'm a Georgia fan and I feel like we will drop one of the two between Texas and Alabama. I also feel like we will drop another game during the season. Maybe an Ole Miss or Tennessee. 10-2 is my prediction for my Dawgs.
Alabama is gonna go thru some growing pains with new coach and staff new system. I don't see them winning more than 9 games some think they can go 12-0,I don't lol could be wrong about it . Texas is very possible loss but last time UGA lost on the road was to Alabama back in 2020. If UGA beat Bama and I know they can Georgia is loaded to the tee and I think this team will be real special with Carson coming back and these transfers coming in. Georgia will be back in national championship! Go Dawgs!
I sent you the videos of what I think in the other video my bad but tennessee we are hella deep I think deep enough to compete with uga bamas of the world. We have the talent
I know people say that every off-season. You know how football works its tuff to be perfect and go undefeated but I'm confident in what we have especially our defensive front 7 Dline is deeper then it has been in a while. Bringing alot back. Starting Oline pretty solid too and we got alot of weapons at WRs TE Rbs. We aren't real real deep at DB but I think we got enough to compete with the best of em. Starting Lbs Leo's are studs. We got some Dawgs jackpot check out the delph chart we are deep everywhere besides maybe TE and DB
you know me I'm a VFL I expect we will win at the very least 10 regular season games and make the playoffs. My concern is, have you decided to get behind the replacement of one Shane Bummer. I think the powers that be should dump him pretty fast and get Kiffin before Sunbelt Billy is fired and the Gators get him. He's a dick and widely hated in the Volunteer state but he will win games for the GameCocks if you can get him. Go Vols!
I am a lifelong Gamecock and I think 7-5 is a realistic expectation this year, but I honestly believe 8-4 is possible.... I really think that both sides of the ball -- particularly the defense will be significantly improved this year. GO COCKS !!
There are 3 units on a football team, not many programs are solid on all three, so focus on the best unit, try to improve on the other two and hope for the best.
As a Clemson fan, beat SC and….win the ACC. I’m down with however the season ends as long as we tick those 2 boxes….bold prediction Nebraska over 8 wins 😬😬😬😬😬
BigSwinginDickVol85 says: Nico to have an 8/1 TD to INT ratio and be in the Heisman conversation. Average 40pts/game going 9-3 with a few close losses. The never ending Tennessee hype train goes nuclear rolling to 2025. Oklahoma has a good team but loses 4 games. OU fans slowly come to the realization 3-4 losses per year is their future. Alabama loses 3 regular season games and crucify the new coach. State of Alabama enforces new legislation that makes it illegal for Nick Saban not to return. Florida has a couple of upsets but Billy Taggert still gets canned. Missouri makes it to the playoffs and gets embarrassed in the first game by a Big 10 team.
Im a ga fan. Our expectations are high but it's gonna be a tough schedule. Beck needs to improve the deep ball and our pass rush needs to improve from last year.
Well, as a Vol fan, this schedule looks about like the 22 schedule. I think the offense will be about as good. It's deeper at WR and Nico is expected to be better than Hooker, considering also Nico has been playing in a form of the Tempo Spread offense since he was 8. RB room looks to be as good, or close to it. Top ten offense, top 30 or 40 in the secondary, top ten again in rushing defense. Got Bama and UF at home. I think we beat Bama again and maybe drop a game to OU or UGA but both are certainly beatable if TN is what we think they are this year on both sides of the ball. As long as injuries don't come and bite us again like last year for the MIzzou and UGA games. Can't be missing three starting linemen two elite DE's, 2 WR's and have a QB that can't go vertical much or as little as Milton did. 10-2, 11-1 prediction for Tennessee.
You don’t play Tennessee this season so you can win them all. I will be behind your team unless we wind up playing you then. It’s a different story. So make enough money to get you a new chicken pen. I mean Stadium. Build it they will come.
Mr. "NAIA talent" Brady Cook and "Schrader-less" Mizzou will have the following losses: Boston College, aTm, Oklahoma, Auburn, Alabama and either or both South Carolina and Arkansas. Can't see Mizzou defeating South Carolina 6 years in a row.
Jackpot if the Vols go 9-3 I think there should be fistbumps, handshakes, and pats on the back all around knoxville. Ok, AL, GA, are tough NC State and Ky not easy and Fla always a struggle. Probably will beat somebody better than them and maybe lose to somebody worse for the 9-3.
10-2 with a high octane offense. Nico Iamaliava will be a house hold name. Like with hooker, Iamaliava will have Tennessee with the number one scoring offense in the country. Throwing for atleast 32 TDs. We will punch our way into the first 12 team college playoff.
Florida is probably going 6-6 I think they’ll surprise some ppl, but that schedule is brutal. A couple of players to look for Tank Hawkins true freshman, probably finds an early home as a returner. On defense Pup Howard from South Carolina actually
I think Shane Beamer is on the hot seat. He had some issues with the portal, NIL. I don’t think Cocky (nickname for Beamer) is very happy now. Shane Beamer’s first head coaching job was at South Carolina. Beamer wasn’t ready for that. You can tell by the way he handles his press conferences. He’s had a few big wins, yes. But I see that program dead in the water. -Anonymous
I think we'll be in the 5-7 and 7-5 range for wins and losses. It's just weird that we're not playing Georgia, Florida, and Tennessee every year anymore. I mean hell I've been watching Gamecock games since the Tanneyhill years. This schedule is terrible for us that live in this part of the southeast.
@@batmangummies5393 I’m not so sure about that. What kind of pedestal are you placing Kentucky and Texas A&M on also… It’s an SEC schedule. There will be years where it’s not as difficult.
@@CarolinaJackpot I’m talking about it sucks we’re not playing any schools near us, I was referring to regionally not actually from a football standpoint.
Arkansas fan here this season I believe we can get a 8 win season….. we have a solid offense and a solid defense and also upgraded the the oline and got a solid oline coach we brought Bobby P back …. From everything I’m hearing coming from in-house everyone is hyped on offense brings in taylen green his leadership is better than kjs they say he’s better every one on the team is hyped rejuvenated and ready to go Arkansas has so much potential and ready to surprise a lot of people last year we had a terrible system with enos and kj it just didn’t work out lost 8 games bye 7 points or less we went 4-8 last season but that Arkansas wasn’t that bad of a football team we brought a lot back on offense and defense so gonna be ready to go and enjoy the content JP
SC Fan Offense: Not expecting Lannoris to be a god, just want him to be a game manager almost, but I expect him to make mistakes here and there, Defense I expect to be back to norm, sort of a mix of the 22’ and overall defense that Beamer and White has produced over years, Injuries ofc will be there, and I personally feel like talent may be slightly better than expected, I see the year going similar to what Beamer’s first year was, beat the teams your supposed to beat, and pull off a upset here and there to get you to 6-6, and 7-6 as a whole, I expect the run-game to be a by committee one as well. #GOCOCKS🤙🏾
somebody explain to me why everyone thinks MO is some sort of juggernaut all of a sudden. I did statistics on MO vs SC recruiting in past five years and they are dead even, in fact SC had a slight edge. so, is their coaching that superior to SC's? if so then SC should move on from the Beamer ball experiment.
For SC, I want to see our OL stay healthy and see them develop. I feel the defense is certainly going to improve. But if the OL can hold their own. It'll be nice to see what happens on offense.
MIZ the defense improves as the season goes on special teams are an unknown, and the offence has a high upside with the running game unknown. Recruiting was good , the transfer portal answered a lot of questions with quality re[lacements. Fans are energized won't know anything until the A&M game. Playing the hated (not rival) Sooners again should be worth the price of admission . John Anderson of ESPN is returning to teach at the journalism school.. Hopefully a double digit win season.
Best coach to replace Beamer, imo? Lance Leopold. AD Danny White of TN had hired him before and he was great.. Very good coach. 2nd, Alex Golesh.. former TN OC and current coach as USF.
I think Tennessee could go anywhere between 8-4 and 10-2. We find a way to lose one game a year that we shouldn’t. I refuse to be part of the “feels like 98” crowd. Our season really depends on the OL play, RBs staying healthy, and our DBs being even slightly better than last year.
