You guys should really put a table of contents of all the questions in these ask Daves with the time stamps. It would be helpful for people(like me) that go back through the episodes looking for specific questions.
Another awesome vid, thank you RX, you guys should have more subs, by far the best bodybuilding channel, nothing but honesty and respect and great entertaining content
Just a note on labrum surgery. I would expect to be out of the gym for at least 3 months. It is horrendous. I've had several surgeries on my left shoulder (rotator cuff only thing undamaged) and the labrum repair/bankart lesion was by far the worst as far as recovery and post-op pain goes. Forget about behind the neck pressing for any weight or reps. While I could handle the weights, the pain from the motion with even the bar was awful for at least 6 or 8 months. I think that I have a pretty high tolerance and I've had a lot of surgeries. But for me, the labrum repair was by far the worst...and it really shouldn't have been.
The OGB I honestly have zero problems with legs. they are my strongest body part, they respond fast to be honest with you. I wish my upper body could respond like my legs.
Thats the second time i heard a cialis question on this show, love the show but dave clearly never used it bc he has no idea about it, if used properly and not too often bc then ur body gets used to it, it will give u an insane burn and pump, u could literally feel the muscle being torn each rep andcit hurts like hell but the pump is definitely rewarding
I workout in a small gym with very few machines and I do rear dealts with dumbells, like you see in the thumbnail, and they do a good job. I also stimulate rear delts indirectly when I do back.
@SiddiqueFarooqi Hey Sid. You guys should do a reply video to Lui and Nick explaining what happened. You actually said "lets just assume for arguments sake" Before you asked the question. Anyway you guys do so much great work on the channel. Clarify this unnecessary hate.
You can do it with a barbell. Hold it behind your back. Bend forward 45 degrees and try bring the bar up while keeping elbows locked. Try it with an unloaded bar first. And you are welcome.
