This 10.000 steps was a great workout, the only problem was you froze up at 93% and I couldn't get you back till 96% of the video. But I improvised and got 10, 388 steps in. So all worked out and then some.... Will definitely incorporate this into my weekly trampoline work outs .. Thanks a million Michelle...
