I just did a variation of these exercises yesterday and after some pump work along the area to stabilize the knee and stop it moving from sides to side and today I ran and I felt a huge difference. I`m sure the problem with the knee came from the fact I no more run barefoot as I used to do at kickbox or bjj .

coach, I’m such a fan, and I’ve repeated Fight Ready and Body Armor many time! Quick question: Is Kevin Lee an over pronator, hence why you’re having him ‘push out’ the middle of the foot in the early mobility warm ups in this video?

you do realize he has torn his knees up a bunch. even in sports where they get multi multi millions per year and have access to 100+ million dollar rehab centers for free athletes have trouble after those injuries...

Coach how do I fix my pronated right foot. My arch always collapse on me. Maybe make a video because this is destroying my ankle and knee and probaly my back and hip thanks a million

In most cases yes but this is more for his hips and quads ultimately to work in more stability and strength of those muscles we work extensively on his lower limbs and I’ve worked on increasing his ability to be more on the balls of his feet when dynamically moving.

The way fighters train nowadays hilarious.....I blame th US for this everyone always trying to do it do the next man by offering way more of nothing and explains something straight foward as if it rocket science. Fighters will soon be ring walking in high heels 'to build them outer calves and get way more glute rotation and quad abduction bla bla bla'

biggest problem for kevin lee is he gets hit a lot and has very poor head movement. If I were to train Lee I would train him in reflex reaction, head movement, boxing striking. He has a pretty solid ground game but his stand up is horrible. No power in his punches and is an easy target for his opponents.
