I think in today's world, we've lost some of our patience in waiting for a good thing. Everyone is so accustomed to instant gratification, and even Amazon Prime with their 2 day delivery! I think we live in a world that is set on fast forward. It really saddens me to be quite honest. Luckily, we have amazing people like yourselves that can help EDUCATE us all, and it truly helps to sort out everything that the main stream media is pushing. So thank you for all you do. Great advice from two amazing professionals🙌🏻 Because of the issues you discussed I prefer to keep my actives separate from my basics, that way I’m less likely to overdo it😊 By basics I mean cleansers, hydrators, occlusives and sunscreens without actives. I use actives in serums as separate steps. JSS makes this easy❤️

Hi Nerida really useful topic to talk with. I’m also like your sister case shich i got psoriasis due to over Vit A. I would like to ask your advice is it ok im using retinol and is it Cetaphil cleanser bad for skin? I heard some say Ceraphil cleanser bad for skin but i got this cleanser from my paoriasis doctor 🤷🏻‍♂️

So true about cooking food, I can't eat carrot, brussel sprouts and so on raw.

I have made a mistake in this retinol thing... When i was in my twenties i used eye cream that had retinyl palmitate.. i didnt know ingredients at all ..later i learned and had used it about 2years.. mistake..😭 so cant fix it now..
