Namaskarams. I made Kadalai urundai as per your instructions. I made the jagarrey syrup like a stone as you said. Then mixed the Kadalai and the syrup. After a few hours while eating the jagarrey and the pea nut got separated. The jagarrey was very hard to eat. தின்பதற்கு ரொம்ப கஷ்டமாக இருந்தது. I tried once again. This time I didn't make the syrup so hard. I made it slightly thick. தக்காளி பதம். Then I mixed both the syrup and the pea nut. Made கடலை உருண்டை. After a few hours it cooled down They were not shining. But when eaten..ஆஹா. ரொம்ப நன்றாக இருந்தது. Both jagarrey and the pea nut got well blended. It was very very Tasty. Try. Please try.
