Ingredients for 6 loaves of 150g
• T65 flour: 520g
• Fine semolina: 30g
• Salt: 10g
• Sugar: 6g
• Yeast: 10g
• Olive oil: 10g
• Water: 330g
• Kneading mixer 4min 1st V + 7min in 2nd speed
• Divide into 6 dough pieces of 150g and make a batard
• Relaxation 15 mins
• Shape with a rolling pin and place on a plate.
• Primed: 1 hour at 28°C
• Bake in the oven at 250° for around 6 mins.
