1 Tbsp Minced Garlic
1/4 Cup Diced Yellow Onion
1 Diced Jalapeno
1 tsp Fresh Minced Oregano

5 Large Green Olives Sliced
2 Bay Leaves
1 Cup Diced Can Tomatoes
1 1/2 Tbsp of Capers
