@@AndrewCamarata I could tell they were friends. I just thought it was comical that Cody BARKED at the little scamp. All dogs do that. It cracked me up.
@@92sportster26 ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-yx9cb-ubg6w.html Ron Pratt rescued a uhaul GMC cargo van from a trail with ATV, and winch, which AC has all plus all kinds of off-road heavy equipment. I won’t doubt if Andrew will use his tracked bulldozer to pull this roller out with brutal force in the worst case scenario.
Dood! I've watched hundreds of hours of your exploits, and I gotta tell you, you're amazing! You are what men hope to be in problem solving and raw work. Good work man! You rock!
Andrew is either a certified genius, or a madman....but either way, it’s awesome. This would have taken a professional recovery crew at least a few hours and costed a thousand dollars.
Yeah, a local towing and recovery company would've charged a pile of cash. I don't know what their rates are but I'm betting 1500.00 minimum to do what he just did.
Judging by the size of the machine im sure the tow company would have sent out a 10-20 ton truck depending on what was available, and id bet rates are 250-300/hr
Not 'either genius or madman', but both, that's what makes a successful pioneer. That's why we love him. Someone said, and I tend to agree, love is when you want to see something grow. I hope the ability to do difficult things with a level head becomes the next cultural standard. Hah, I kill me.
I'm a long-term AC fan from UK too Kate, it's the scenery, the lifestyle, the guy himself. Just a wonderful glimpse into his life the other side of the pond when here it's... just a bit grey!
I never would have thought of using a fork lift to move that roller up that hill. Who knew how capable some pieces of equipment can be. Enjoyed the video 😊👍
I would have never thought that forklift could pull that much weight uphill. Also, it must be great to have AC as a friend. " Hey Andrew, I dropped my submarine into the Marianna Trench, would you help me get it out?" They answer would probably be yes.
Future video: “Ok, so the project at hand today is fixing this broken roller. They don’t make them like they used to. You can’t even take them off road without them breaking!”
Love your optimism and enthusiasm man, also i ono't know if you already know, but i for one don't mind the videos being hours long (as long as no crazy loud noises half way through where i frantically turn down my TV haha) but they have been a godsend this year, so relaxing and great music choices too. Thanks for creating your channel and keeping peoples property's maintained
Kudos on using the boom instead of just hooking it up to a tractor/truck and hoping for the best since it need lifting more than being dragged to get it off the hill side. Nice to see supervisor in training Cody learning on the job and keeping gawkers in check on the worksite is always a priority even when playing all get those your ears first like he was.
Can you just imagine what it would be like just to know of him... A friend of a friend... if only to be so lucky...incredible... Those who live in his area, are lucky SOB's... what a neighborhood... A quality individual is hard to find these days...with any luck, we all know one out there... Thanks for letting us in again, dude!
What's going on with Australia? About the third of the channels I watch are Australians making things fixing things or blowing things up. Demolition Dave for the win.
Wow that telehandler had some power in its boom. Great video and a lucky escape for the driver. In the next video Andrew stick welds the roller back to together again
I love watching Andrew's videos, he is cut from the same cloth as the men who built this country with their hands, hard work, and determination to get the job done.
Andrew, in the future when your friend is operating the telehandler: he can lift and maneuver all he wants with the hydraulics, go for it. Don't let him use the transmission to pull heavy things, the transmission is strong (Allison automatic? ) the hydraulics are much, much stronger, it's a lot easier to fix hydraulics than rebuilding an automatic transmission. Thanks for the great video.
The transmission on it may be a hydrostatic. I've got an underground haul truck with the same transmission reverser as a Lull telehandler, and a Funk 33000 HMD four-speed transverse hydrostatic that probably came out of a tractor or telehandler.
The transmission on that thing is hydrostatic. Also this thing is built like a tank. This is seriously no issue, when you think about. Having a large load on it and taking off on a steep hill would put a lot more load on it than this easy pull.
Cody said, "We had the tools and Andrew had the talent." LOL. It must be great to have a guy like Andrew living nearby. I have seen him and his buddies trade out helping each other, when one gets in a jamb, as this guy did. Competitors one minutes, fellow human beings the next. Subscribers still growing. When I first started watching Andrew's channel, it was one of the pups birthdays. Subscribers were at 100,000.
Wow Andrew, you gotta nice machine there. Good job on picking that high lift up and fixing it. What a good friend you are also to come pull this fig up the cliff. 👍👍✌️✌️
Andrew's "Bathroom Remodel" video showed up in my suggestions a couple of months ago. People were talking about his other demo jobs, so I thought I'd take a look. I was hooked and have now watched all his videos. Keep em coming Andrew.
Andrews a legend nothing he can’t do and also I’ve always noticed his dogs are almost I. Every video they are nice Andrew doesn’t get upset or angry he handles the situation calmly and effectively love the vids
I think everyone will be saying i wish he was my neighbor nothing phases you andrew always look forward to your video's all the best and stay safe from us in England
*mind blown* showing your decades of experience on machines in recovering that roller! Drawing from all those times cutting your driveway with your old DROT and dozer ay!! Boom fork ftw!!
I bet he ran home and changed his underwear before he called you for help. Damn.... Thats a scary moment. Isn't it funny how the doggies always stand in the exact place of danger..... Like somehow they are magnetically attracted to the very wrong place. My Cat will lay on the one thing in my house I dont want him to like my ipad or something... Amazing LOL
Yep, animals seem to know exactly where you're gonna step and be there. We're lucky that our dogs a bit of a chicken when we're running machinery. My dad and I were moving some sand the back of his probably with the tractor. If Max wasn't on top of the hill watching us, he was right by my side.
hi andrew that was very very nice of you to help a friend to recover a his roller the went over the bankment /hill great job both of you and always great to see your dog codey so thankyou for this video and until next video i say bye for now from Randy from ontario, canada take care and please stay safe out there .
@@johnayers8990 very well possible. My direct family (Ayers side) was in the Fort Mill, SC area. Not many of us lol. If he’s Catawba Indian we aren’t kin. If he isn’t, very high possibility.
