This was one of my favorite classes of yours. It is great to see you sharing your talents with your sons. My oldest son has tried yoga with me and it warmed my heart seeing your sons struggling just a bit like mine did. What a beautiful family! The most entertaining class of yours! Love seeing the boys expressions doing the poses! Even the fittest boys can find yoga challenging!

Love the mother son duo on this one! This is totally something my mom would have me and my brother do with her if she could haha. Also more recovery day classes for other sports please!

Idk about you guys but those guys are absolute dawgs for doing that class so well.

I also loved seeing you practising with your adult sons and seeing the struggles and successes that they encountered. Like Kathy, I've also practised with my adult son, and it's HARD for him!! But it's great to see this dynamic modelled in such an encouraging and thoughtful way.

Loved this class and seeing the family. I, too, end up sharing my mat with my cat. He is not a cuddle bunny, but he loves hanging out with me when I do yoga. I have been practicing with you for years and you are my favorite teacher❤

the only downside of this video was that I had to move to do the yoga, and couldnt watch Jacob the whole time LOL awesome :)

Aw, your boys are so tall and handsome! They look just like their beautiful mother! You must be so proud, I have two boys also, 9 and 10yrs old. They don’t like sports though, 😩 they love math lol. Can’t wait to try this one!
