I am able to lose all fats in body but i am not able to loose my breast fat . Why is it like that Preeti it is not hereditary or genes problem i was overweight like you were before i followed a good diet plan stopped junk had home cooked food even i started work out at home and lost overall body fat a little bit breast fat 36 to 34 size i want to reduce it to 32 but i am not able to do it. any suggestions for reducing breast fat preethi from you like any exercise or diet to include or eliminate please say preethi because even you have reduced breast fat in your past weight loss journey i have seen through your pictures.
