Ingredients:
Red cabbage : 250 Gr
Carrots ( peeled ) : 3 Medium
Scallion : 100 Gr
Raisins : 1 Cup
Mayonnaise : 3 Tbs
Plain yogurt : 2 Tbs
White vinegar : 1/3 Cup
Black Pepper : 1 Tsp
Salt : 1 Tsp
Instructions:
Pre-soak the raisins in water.
Chop red cabbage and scallion.
Grate the carrots coarsely.
Whisk together red cabbage, carrots, scallion, raisins, plain yogurt, mayonnaise, salt, black pepper, and white vinegar.
Then refrigerate for a few hours.
