Well no because in the last season we already seen that Ryan Wilder told one of the characters how she had some type of thing where she couldn’t remember in central city starting like something with “Barry,” A voice echoes into the complex room of chairs and screens where Barry had spent his days. He looks up with a bottle in his hand, and a dead phone hinged into his pocket. His eyes traces the voice to return back to a postured figure standing before him at the entrance- her figure; petite and waist complimented. The bob revealing one to him of few, Cecile. Days before had sprout gradually into weeks and toward months Barry has been in the search for Iris West, and as fast as a speedster may run, one’s humanity of needs and emotions can only pursue itself any more. Lust has painted the young speedster man in desperation, and the intrusive ideas absorb into the mind of Barry like a sponge. His mind had been running, Barry blinks and taps a foot to associate back into reality. “- Did you hear what I said, Barry?” Cecile exclaims. She had already stood in front of the speedster and looked up to his gaze, her arms cross and brows mirroring the same as she wondered Barry’s isolation and silence for the recent weeks in Iris’s disappearance. “I came to check on you.” Cecile adds, observing onto Barry’s dissociation. Barry looks into her eyes deeper if one could even show physically how, and he takes a step forward. “Cecile, I..” he pauses, and inhales. “I am going through something and I want you to use your-“ “My gift?” Cecile concludes. She rests her face and posture, reaching an arm to assure her son in law. She takes an inhale in thought of Iris. “Whatever I can do to help us find Iris, I got you.” Barry’s lips part to form a word, edging to finally come out until he feels a pulse throbbing between his groin. Time around him suddenly swirls into a sharp drag; air molecules we couldn’t see in time reveal itself in frozen motion, the computers’ engines roar blend into a slower broken pace of a whisper audible to now hear the fans spin in gaps, screens flicker in constant led, and Barry looks down. A red bulge had peaked amongst out his suit, piercing through one layer as a thick, dampen fluid drools from one of the outer pore out his groin. In slow time, he can his member bend more against the fabric as the blood begins to work against the flashtime. The fabric rubbing against Barry’s member arouses the speedster as his brain doubles the duration it takes to receive a hard member, he begins to raise his head back up to a slow motioned Cecile still mouthing her words adding on to what she was saying about helping him - one arm mid air swiftly pulling downwards motion as she’s talking, and her eyes oblivious to the change of direction Barry once stood as he now stands up from the seat to the paused world around him. He reaches for Cecile’s mid-air arm before swinging her across the room, blending her into a pool of frozen motioned air molecules. Her face, still in talking posture, begins to slowly shift as reaction settles in. Barry speeds to her and climbs on top before they both land on the floor back into normal speed, with the sound barrier slamming the room into an echo of chaos. Lights crack, and screens flicker as Cecile screams before Barry zooms his hand to her soft, moist lips and whispers among her ear “What do you feel, Cecil?” Cecil’s powers activate as her eyes turn , and she widens. Barry then goes back into flash time, before taking off his suit. He zooms onto her as lighting caresses the two’s skins, connecting the rod into the cloud. The tip pierces against the moist pink layered walls as it doesn’t have time to retract, Barry adjusts his leg to where he pushes his lightning rod further in as the lightning that he generates flickers out his back onto her doorway so it substituted as a lubricant of water based electricity. The lightning rod is now increasing its pace, generating thunder and lightning zapping out her doorway as Barry escalates his speed against the walls compressed against his lighting rod, feeling the natural fluids inside reshape in frozen motion from the foreign rod like Play-Doe. Barry grabs the edges of the telepath, edging deeper as another bolt pierces out of them both and strikes a screen across them. Barry escalates once more before phasing to go deeper and into the telepath’s stomach. Barry remains in flashtime for another hour before finally thrusting into a motion of the sea as his fluids flush out into the pocket of damp shelter. Barry groans and clutches to the lawyer’s shirt waiting a second to fully eject before exiting flashtime and the effects to settle into reality

Yeah, she was, kinda wished kramer's powers worked on Red Death, then she really would of saved the day.

Most unused character...she can be any superhero who's around her under tragic situation but no, writers choose to keep her low in both the seasons

@@tobsonasanya4765 Actually they did because when was the last time we saw Kramer use her powers? Season 8 when she was locked up at CCPD with the flash. At the end of that episode Barry said he would train her on how to use her meta abilities and shock of all shocks we never saw that happened. The writers conveniently remembered oh yeah Kramer is a meta. So they basically forgot.

The suit is mechanical so I guess it’s impossible unless she can only copy a persons power Not the suit The speed is artificial but it comes from the suit not the user

@@9Commander I’m guessing that red deaths artificial speed comes from the suit. We did see Kramer copy Godspeeds speed. I don’t know whether the later season retconned it to be artificial though.
