Getting a Native German to speak in English is a effort that is quite appreciated... even more since this could be optional with the game's investment in Historical Accuracy at such Extreme Levels.
Why not just get him to speak German instead? I hate this shit that the video game industry and Hollywood do where they have someone speaking English with a foreign accent instead of their native tongue. If you can't read subtitles you're probably 4 years old and shouldn't be playing a game where people get their limbs blown off by artillery anyway.

The VAs name is Kai Wulff. He was also the announcer for the wehrmacht and panzer elite in Company of Heroes. He portrayed a german MP in an episode of Band of Brothers too.

What? A German campaign? *IN A WW2 GAME?!* I'm fucking loving this, I'm not Nazi supporter nor sympathizer but damn, it feels so fresh to finally see this perspective of the war. I have to play this game.
True the campaign was rather uninspired but it was enjoyable, for me at least, and the cutscenes really helped setting up a general theme of desperation and forlorn hope. Nevertheless multiplayer is where the game shines and I highly recommend that you play it mister tommy vercetti.
Singleplayer was rather just multiplayer maps but just filled with retarded bots as your enemy and teammates.. They cut off the singleplayer feature to focus on an online multiplayer campaign mode, there were no other cutscenes ingame but rather introductions to each map as you progress throughout the singleplayer campaign. Those who had the game before they deleted it permanently would more likely still have access to the campaigns, and you can still find those versions/patches on pirated game websites.

They were not ready for a major war. They lacked the production and resources to motorize the german army. The soviet Union was not innocent either. Occupying eastern Europe.
It was in the original Ro2: Heros of Stalingrad as part of the campaign, you can still find let's plays of it here on YT. I think they cut out the campaign when they merged Rising Storm 1 (the pacific theatre) with RO2. So yeah, sadly you cannot play the campaign anymore, therby this cutscene is also not in the game anymore.

Well they weren't. I know that the games or documentaries can hype us all to say nazi's were better than soviets but in communism countries you actually could stay alive without the freedom but in nazi countries you couldn't. You would be any different from "clean-bloodied German race" you would get killed or get scared to death from not seeing a single way to escape. But If you compare north korea to nazi germany they are both same. You have no way to escape because the state police is gonna beat you for the dictator's paranoism. It depends on how big communism you compare it with. Nazis look good if you look on how they treated their own people or soldiers but you can't be fooled and forget how they treated any other people, worse than communists. How can you say the russians were better at infantry fighting. For centuries the Russian military mindset was to charge as many men as possible until you won the battle.
