Damn nice and compact set up. I like it. As far as those who wine about spending extra on a better sheath. A sheath that compliments the knife is worth it to make it a better. The opposite is like putting a crappy scope on a high dollar rifle. I agree with you.

Not only is this sheath bad ass; it seems to suggest a direction for the Jessica modifications. Specifically, if you can get custom handle scales to match the Kydex/Holstex pattern, it would be SICK.

I've been saying for a while that there needs to be more flashlights on sheaths. I have a necker that I fabbed to carry a Streamlight Microstream. I use them both everyday. It's incredibly handy.

I wish Becker would come out with a 5mm version of his bigger BK line. I’d love the BK7 5mils. Thick with a solid tang

Very nice set up I did something similar to my bk7 which I use for my urban survival knife which I keep in my car attached to my SHTF bag. I did the Flashlight on one side and and Bic lighter on the other side and I have a leather man mounted where you have your second knife. I want to make another sheath for my bk3 and tools which I use as a volunteer responder. I am definitely going to get in touch with your guy as I like his work. Thanks for sharing.

This is really a bad ass sheath. I like the dangler and I agree that putting a flashlight on the sheath is key. Getting caught in the dark in the wilderness is not a funny thought.

That looks really awesome, I like the tactical look with the small knife and torch. Not just always bush looking.

On your recommendation, I went and got a sheath for my BK2, and the fact that he was a fellow Texan helped! I love mine. Great product from a quality seller.

Thanks Chris you answered my main question as far as what they generally cost. Reasonable for the artistry involved in my opinion. Once I decide what scales I'll have on my Izula-II I'll hit them up about a sheath for it with a Gerber dime, flashlight and ferocious rod. I understand your knife sickness cuz I got it too ;!)

My bk9 took a little over 3 months to cut through its sheath. I then got a kydex sheath from apocalypse gear.com. The thing is, the knife is so sharp that I didn't feel comfortable using leather.

Just placed an order for a BK 9. Cant wait for it to come in.

had Red Rhino Customs do one for my schf9. pancake style, dangler loop, two tone, black carbon fiber back, coyote tan carbon fiber facing w/45 degree satin finished edges, coyote carbon fiber firesteel and mega pouch w/ survival tin and paracord attachments. absolutely beautiful. soon as my schf52m and schf61 (piggyback) arrive (this friday, right Knife Depot?) i'll be sending it off to Brandon @ RRC for another masterpiece.

It's fantasticl! a little modification for me is the possibility to add the leg string on the bottom of the sheath. you dont think so? it's a minimal modification for make it perfect.. (just my opinion). Geetings from Italy!

Kydex is for rookies! I am returning the leather ... Kydex has scratched all my blades that came with it as standard. Some expensive blades now have Kydex damage !!! I wish blade manufacturers would give you a choice between Kydex for kids or a leather sheath for all blades over $200 ... the leather would be an optional extra (higher cost) ...

Well Chris, Merry New Year to you the wife and the Kids. I been following you for quite a while, & I have enjoyed all of them immensely. I myself started the New Year in the Hospital for all most a week (12/29-1/4 stuck in a hospital with food that tasted like cardboard) I had a Angina heart Attack the I had hoped could be fixed with a stint. I had wanted to get out again but when you cannot walk more than 40' (on flat ground) an ever 10' (on a slight incline) without having to stop to catch you breath. I have enjoyed your fresh canny and serious at times attitude when it came to all that is prepping, bushcraft, knifecraft, bowcraft etc, etc etc.... I like it all, and oh, yes and I enjoy all those videos you do with Will Myers of Mantis Outdoor, who's the funny guy and who is the stright one, LOL. I follow Will's channel also, and his Wife Megan, her and I are friends on Facebook, (she called me here "Facebook Mom", Ahh such an endearing term don't you think! I myself have been camping off and on since I was 12 (I'm 61 now) but the last 1 1/2 years I been having serious heart problems, this time it could not be fixed with a stint, they tried 12 different size stints none would go into the vessel. So open heart surgery maybe my next best chance to be able to camp outdoors again this year or ever. So my friend I wish you all the best as I know you fell the same to me. Cool setup. I totally get the idea of having the most important things clipped together but I'm the type that anything like that is damn sure going to come up missing right when I need it, unless I carry it inside my pack. Yours is a really cool set though. Keep up with the vids brother

That is one badass sheathe chris, I really like how compact it is with all that stuff on it. Red Rhino Custom does great work. Off topic question; do you still use axes? I picked up a hultsfors bruks hunting axe recently, and I'm lovin it. It's a little heavier (I believe) than wills wetterlings, but it's a great axe if you're in the market for a new one.
