Sorry for the very late reply d ko po eto nakita sa notification, anyways try first a tsp of cream cheese frosting since 1 cup lang naman .e taste niyo po pag kulang pa sa lasa pwede niyo dagdagan ng another tsp.

As far as I remember meron po natira sa frosting medyo matagal na ang video na eto.😊 If ever magkaroon ng extra at matagal pa ang pag gamit pwede store sa freezer let it rest at room temperature lang pag gagamitin.
Normally nag a-add po ako ng cream cheese na meron halong powdered sugar na po. Dito sa video im trying to recall if pure cream cheese ba nilagay ko or yung gawa na. Kasi years ago na kasi etong vid. Anyways, you can add pure cream cheese naman or kung meron ka naka ready na cream cheese frosting you can add that as well. Sorry for the super late reply. 🥰
Pwede po siya overnight sa counter top at room temperature, wag lang din po ibabad sa araw kasi kahit paano eh meron siyang ingredients na cheese at butter na mag papalambot din sa frosting.
Yes it will be moist din po, wag lang e overdo sa mixing. And yes pwede e design ang whippit frosting sa cake (ratio must be more whippit less cream cheese) para stable pa rin eto if e coat niyo sa cake.

Yeah pwede siya na try ko yan pero ginagawa ko skin frosting sa sides make sure less water content si whippit Kasi ayaw ni marshmallow fondant ng moisture.😊
No need na sweet na si whippit but if you want to Make it sweeter you may add but make sure well sifted ang p. sugar para maiwasan ang buo buo sa Frosting or better yet add sugar syrup.
Im using hand mixer if single recipe lang siya at pag nag film lang ako ng content. Ginagamit ko stand mixer ko for doubled or volume recipe for shop display.☺️ Difference lang is more convenient sa stand mixer pag maramihan na.

Okay siyang kainin, though pag mapadamihan ng lagay mag kakaroon ng ibang taste yung cake siguro. Edible naman po si gel color kaya safe po kainin wag lang sobrahan dahil mag bibigay eto ng ibang lasa din s ating cake

It last for weeks po just store it well covered in a chiller. Cream cheese frosting has powdered sugar so it helps to prolong shelf life ng whippit Frosting. ☺️💞

Hi Lora probably yes, Kasi cream cheese frosting Naman po eh mix with cream cheese, butter and powdered sugar..so perhaps it will blend to the buttercream.😊
Hello po bale iba po yung measurement pag heavy cream (liquid whip cream) you can try this recipe (The Cooking Foodie) 3/4 c heavy cream, 1 cup cream cheese, 3/4 cup sifted Powdered sugar, 1/2 tsp vanilla. You can double the recipe if you want more frosting.

Hi dati na meron pa ako shop price ko ng Red Velvet cake size 8x3 was 750 pesos. Pero nagtaas na yan ngayon dahil tumaas narin yung price sa ingredients 3 years ago po yata ang video na eto. Price will vary talaga sa costing ng cake.
7x3 yata ginamit ko dto kasi casserole ginamit ko and i think i mentioned it in the video ang size ng pan po. Normally pag oven ko niluluto 8x2 gamit ko. Yes may extra Frosting pa na natira since minimal lang ang nilagay ko na Frosting.
Not tried wet steam but try to set initial time same sa dry steam check niyo pag meron pa sumama na crumbs or basa pa just add another minutes..cooking time will depend din po sa heat distribution ng steamer.
Not sure po Kasi d ko pa siya na try gamitin. E follow nalang po muna if ano naka indicate na instructions sa box, then you can adjust after nalang po.

Hi Good evening too. For me pag one kilo whippit naglalagay lang po ako around 2 Tbsp ng cream cheese frosting, pwede ka mag add ng another 1 tbsp if gusto mo mas strong flavor ang cream cheese. You can taste it muna po. Make sure na hindi foamy consistency si whippit.

Hello po, sa pinakita ko na recipe dto sa video about sa Whippit cream cheese frosting kaya po nito e frost ang 1doz cupcake 🧁 but depende if dome type yung paglagay niyo medyo kulangin ng konti adjust nalang po kau..then just multiply the recipe to cover around 10doz. Or you will be needing more than a kilo of whippit paste and add around half or 1 bar of cream cheese depending on your taste to make sure it can reach 120 pcs cupcakes or 12doz. It's either way po. 😊
I mentioned in the video ano e substitute pag walang buttermilk. Anyways, 1 Tbsp of venigar + 1 cup of milk let it stand for 5 to 10 minutes and mix. Thank you😊

Sa 300grams na paste hindi naman po kalakihan yung difference sa volume once na whipped na eto. Kasi pag beat natin ang paste will lighten or ma-aerate lang so ang makaka- dagdag lang ng grams nun is sa dami na ng water na ilalagay mo. Normally sa 1k n paste 1st prep ko is 250-300 grams of cold water chill overnight (depende sa usage ng frosting po ako nag babase sa dami ng water na ilalagay ko) then add nalang ako ng water bit by bit depende na sa consistency na gusto ko. For the 300g perhaps you can add first like 80g-125grams kayo napo mag adjust depende sa gusto mo na consistency.
