@@fl8862 in some cases, most people who are close to your league are in long term relationships. Out of all the female friends I have, the most beautiful ones are single. I may as well be in an autodealer where all the affordable Nissan and Honda cars have been sold, and where the only two available cars are an expensive Lamborghini and a Ferrari.

Facts. Most ppl aren’t marriage material and most married people are miserable and yet the most miserable ppl will still ask you “when are you getting married?”

I’m thinking with suspicious hunches this woman has absolutely zero heart for Wes. I believe she never did , as why should she have? It was only a fast blip in her life , where satisfaction and happiness will never be realized. Not even her god being prayed for, will be completely realized in her life. The lack of regard for life in this country is at best very minimal. Life moves fast and she saw many come and go faster in life than Wes has. I believe opportunities are best for her and there was no god in any religion that was correctly intervening. I feel she was just a typical cruel heartless Colombia mujer that doesn’t have anything in life to make her truly happy. It’s best to be in Colombia, solo, and never be interested in finding a woman, as these women will only do this as Wes explained

The church was a legalistic hyper fundamental Catholic church if im not mistaken. Not a Protestant Christian denomination, which is a big difference. The catholic culture in the small town as well must have been suffocating sometimes too. She was a leader at her catholic church but all the elders treated her like a “girl”, that is too shy, too immature to make her own decisions even before she met Wes. She was not some 18 or 20 year old young woman or girl that has no life experience or wisdom etc. She was 30+ year old woman that seemed to always defer to her elder males at the church or family for advice/instruction, even beyond just her dad, priest, uncles etc. It seems like she trusted 4-5 older church or family relatives AHEAD of her husband. It seems she had an unhealthy co-dependent relationship for decades with her church, leaders, elders etc and BOTH had problems letting go, so that husband and wife could focus on growing together. At her age it is hard to not be set in her ways of continuing to live her life the same as before her marriage was, with 12-16 hour workdays, volunteering at the church alot, having very rigid attitudes about missing a sunday service once in awhile etc. Her life was very controlled by that fundamentalist catholic church, and likely all she has known for decades imo.

I agree with you one hundred percent. I am Italian white man , and dated many different Latin women. At least 12 I don't dislike Latin women or the culture. I will never marry a Latin women , generally they are not faithful , the culture is overly sexualized looks and a big booty is what's important . Again i will date be respectful and enjoy the Latin culture, I just feel for myself a Latina is Riskey for marriage. Actually over 90percent of women are not marriage material. You are getting the girlfriend/relationship experience without committing. It is indeed selfish. I would avoid that altogether. I suggest being celibate and not centering your life around women. @@WheresWes I don't know, I really think people are generalizing too much when they talk about how woke women are in the US..maybe just because I'm from the south, I don't know so many women like that. What's so bad about your situation is the entire community broke up with you. And it seems like you worked so hard to build ties in that community. That must really hurt, and now knowing this entire time they never really trusted you and was so easy for them to turn their back on you. That would not have happened in the states. People would have atleast heard you out. And some women are more willing to compromise. Sorry all this happened to you. And thanks for sharing your story.
