Hosted by our CEO Richard Zaltzman, we were thrilled to welcome industry experts for this discussion: Sara Roversi, Founder of Future Food Institute, and Mirva Lampinen, Co-Creation Manager at VTT, an EIT Food partner.
Together, we looked at why regenerative practices must go beyond agriculture to include regenerative production, distribution, processing, retail, and consumption. We discussed how new and innovative regenerative practices can work together to make a real positive difference for people and planet, and the role of technology, data, and finance and risk.
This was an opportunity to explore first-hand the impact the EIT Food community is having in building an innovative and resilient food system, what it means to be part of the community and the funding and collaboration opportunities it offers.
