God, Regina can be unbelievable. She expects people to just magically forgive her for the things she's done when she turned the enchanted forest upside down because of a grudge she held for decades.
Okay. I was rooting for regina's redemption is season 2. When she apologized to Henry I thought she was gonna change, but here's the thing, she stops trying the second things get hard. She's still a bully, she never admitted it was wrong to kill marian in the first place. She trapped Sydney in the mirror after leaving him in the asylum and wasn't held accountable(he's a patsy but still). And honestly watching snow apologize to her repeatedly for an innocent, honest mistake she made as a 10 year old when I doubt if she's ever apologized to the families of the people she had slaughtered is gross. I love redemption. I like seeing people grow and change and realize the error of their ways. But with Regina we're just supposed to accept that she's changed because characters say so. It was good of her to save the baby, I'll give her that. But the storyline was rushed and sloppily written. It's even hard to believe that she's changed as she's content to blame a book and other people for the way her life turned out, instead of just admitting she made awful choices. Yes bad things happened to her, but then she became someone that happened to a lot of other people. And the double standard and victim blaming is very troubling. That nonsense about snow owing her for what she did to Cora, when Regina has never actually apologized for killing her father. I'm sorry, but I stopped feeling sorry for her.

What she has done to Belle is unforgivable...what she has to everyone is unforgivable. She has murdered millions of people and tried to kill Snow White more than a million times.
Oh, it's _forgivable_ . Any crime or offense, no matter how horrible, can be forgiven if the victim so chooses (other than murder, of course, the victim can't really forgive that). What Regina has done is forgivable, but absolutely not _excusable_ .
Yes, Regina has done so many horrible things. She tried to kill Snowhite so many times, she made someone kill Snowhite’s father, she locked Belle for almost thirty years, she almost poisoned Emma Swan and by that, Henry was hurt. Regina has destroyed so many families, she murdered her own father just to get her revenge. It is not fair to forgive her so easily. I mean, yes l know it took time, but in my opinion, they forgave her really fast. Also, J hate the fact that she killed the count of Monte cristo, he did not deserve it. He was enchanted, he did not want to do hurt to Snow or Charming. I know probably a lot of people don’t agree and l know that it is a show, but this my thought.

@@helora1039 We don’t know that. Belle asks how can she help. That’s totally different than “sure you can rip out my heart and use me as emotional blackmail”. Besides that Belle isn’t even aware that Regina has her heart until rumple gives it back. Also when Regina is controlling Belle rumple tells belle what she says is so unlike her and Regina says he’s right but it’s exactly like what Regina would do once again confirming it’s Regina using her and not voluntary. That on top of the fact that we have multiple examples of Regina using belle as emotional manipulation against rumple (convincing her to kiss him in skin deep and cursing her as Lacey in Lacey) and we have no other examples of belle volunteering to help Regina or anyone else emotionally manipulate rumple (in fact she says multiples times she would never hurt him or wish him suffering even after he lied to her) makes it very unlikely belle agreed to it

S6 Golden Queen was kinda forced not only because Regina had been a threat to Rumple's love life but also Rumple has done a lot of shit to her . Regina in S3 can be blunt and cynical like she is here . Remember the scene where she was like , Rumple won't die at anyone else's hands but my own . In S3 , she really has some serious grievances against Rumple which she does not show that often and it is kinda bottled up a bit but I doubt that she is taking it out on Belle . She may have found belle's love for books a bit odd .
She has heard when Cora said to Snow white the candle would work you could save your mother and then Snow white said to Cora that she couldn't do that in excange of someone's life

Eh? In an all out fight? There was never any indication of that. When the chips are down, the Dark One is far more powerful than Regina (or Zelena, or Cora, for that matter). Probably the one mage in the show who slug it out with the Dark One head-on would be Merlin.
I don't think Belle at her worst would encourage Rumple to come after Regina after she gets to know what he did to her . I think that she would hate both of them if she knows full histories

With it , she is definitely the most powerful Mills and in 5*2 , in the ending there was a scene of Regina reversing Dark Swan's spell ( we know Dark Swan may not be that evil but she is most powerful Dark One and in 5*20 , she was like , I can reverse blind witch's spell since she is less powerful . ) There are chances that Regina can hold with Rumple pre S5 in a fight only if she feels no anger , malice and instead , she is happy and content .
